Research On The Coordination Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Industrial Structure And Employment Structure In Yangtze River Delta Region

The coordination of industrial structure and employment structure will have an important impact on social and economic development.Therefore,it is of great significance to further study and explore this issue in the context of promoting high-quality economic development in my country.This paper selects the most developed typical region of China’s economy,the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object,and discusses the coordination of the industrial structure and employment structure in the Yangtze River Delta region,which has important practical significance.This paper first analyzes the changing trend of the industrial structure and employment structure in the Yangtze River Delta from 1992 to 2020,which verifies the Petty-Clark theorem.The output value structure of the three industries in the Yangtze River Delta region in 2020 is4.08: 39.48: 56.44,and the employment structure of the three industries is 12.91: 38.17: 48.92.The industrial structure and employment structure change with time.Relevant research methods are used to measure the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure,and the conclusions are as follows: The correlation coefficient analysis method is used to find that the correlation between industrial structure and employment structure is relatively close,and the Theil index analysis method is used to find the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure.The industrial structure is gradually strengthened,and the structural deviation analysis method is used to find that the coordination between the Yangtze River Delta region and the whole country in different industrial structures has advantages and disadvantages;then use the Arc GIS software to carry out the standard deviation ellipse model（SDE）to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution of the Yangtze River Delta region.It is found that the industrial structure and employment structure in the southeastern part of the Yangtze River Delta region are more and more coordinated,and the northwestern region will become a new evolution area in the future.Finally,the VAR model is used to demonstrate the three indicators of marketization level,urbanization level and education level.Analysis,through impulse response analysis and variance decomposition,analyze the impact of different indicators on the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure,and further use the gray correlation model to analyze the coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure in three provinces,one city and four regions in the Yangtze River Delta region.Differences in influencing factors.Through empirical research on the impact of marketization level,urbanization level and education level on the industrial structure and employment structure in the Yangtze River Delta region,it is found that: the coordination of marketization level and urbanization level on the industrial structure and employment structure in the Yangtze River Delta region It has a positive driving effect;the influence of education level on the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure in the Yangtze River Delta region is not obvious.Further through the grey correlation model,the study found that among the above three influencing factors,the level of urbanization has the strongest correlation with the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure in Shanghai,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9594;The correlation between the industrial structure and the coordination of employment structure is the strongest,with correlation coefficients of 0.6689 and 0.7987,respectively;education level has the strongest correlation with the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure in Anhui Province,with a correlation coefficient of 0.8174.
