Research purpose:transcranial direct current stimulation(t DCS)is a typical non-invasive and non-invasive nerve electrical stimulation technique that can improve the efficiency of muscle coordination and athletic ability of athletes in sports. However, most of the current domestic and international research has focused on a single t DCS training of acute muscle strength, explosive power and muscular endurance and other athletic abilities, and there are fewer studies on the effects of t DCS combined with strength training on lower limb muscle strength. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 6-week anodal transcranial direct current stimulation(a-t DCS)applied to the M1 area on lower limb explosive power, and to compare whether a-t DCS combined with squat training or a-t DCS alone is more conducive to the development of lower limb explosive power than squatting training alone.Research methods: This paper mainly adopts literature method, experimental method and mathematical and statistical method, and recruits 33 male students majoring in physical fitness training of Wuhan Sports University as experimental subjects. The subjects were randomly divided into three groups:experimental group I(n=11)performed a-t DCS combined with squat training, experimental group II(n=11)performed single a-t DCS training, and control group(n=11)performed single squat training,in which80%1RM squat was used in the first three weeks of squat training, and 85%1RM squat was used in the last three weeks. There were 5 groups in total,5 times in each group, and the interval between the groups was 2-3 minutes. Before and after 6 weeks of training, the test indexes reflecting the explosive strength of lower limbs(squat 1RM,vertical jump touch height,run-up foot jump touch height, standing long jump,30 m sprint and CMJ)were collected, and the collected test data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0statistical software.Results:(1)After 6 weeks of intervention in Experiment Ⅰ group, the result in squat 1RM,vertical jump touch height,run-up double foot jump touch height, standing long jump,30 m sprint and relative peak power,take-off velocity and impulse in CMJ were very significantly higher than before the experiment(p<0.01);(2)In Experiment Ⅱgroup, except for squat 1RM,run-up double foot jump touch height and 30 m sprint were no significant difference(p>0.05)in the 6 weeks after intervention, and other lower limb explosive strength test indexes were significantly different than before the experiment(p<0.05);(3)In the control group, after 6 weeks of squat training, there was no significant difference in relative peak power in CMJ,and other lower limb explosive power test indexes showed significant differences(p<0.05);(4)After the intervention, there were significant differences between experimental group Ⅰ and experimental groupⅡ in squat 1RM,vertical jump touch height,run-up double foot jump touch height and30 m sprint test indexes, among which there were extremely significant differences in squat 1RM and 30 m sprint;between experimental group Ⅰ and control group, there were only significant differences in the changes of squat 1RM,vertical jump touch height,run-up double foot jump touch height test scores;between experimental group Ⅱ and control group, there were only significant differences in the changes of squat 1RM and30 m sprint scores.Research conclusions:(1)A-t DCS combined with squat training has a greater gain in explosive power, which can be used as an effective training method to improve the explosive power of lower limbs for men in physical education colleges.(2)Single a-t DCS training did not significantly improve the maximum muscle strength of lower limb, and a-t DCS combined with squat training could significantly improve the performance of squat 1RM compared with single a-t DCS training and single squat training, and a-t DCS combined with squat training method had more significant difference.(3)After 6 weeks of intervention,a-t DCS combined with squat training improved the field test indexs of lower limb explosive strength more than single a-t DCS training and single squat training, while single squat training increased the explosive power of lower limb more than single a-t DCS training.(4)A-t DCS combined squat training, single a-t DCS training and single squat training can significantly improve relative peak power,take-off velocity and impulse, but there is no group differences among the three training methods.
