Investigation Report On The Implementation Of "Basic Secretary" Curriculum In L Secondary Vocational School In T City

This study selects the "basic Secretary" course of L secondary vocational school in T City as the survey object.Through the interview with teaching directors and teachers and the questionnaire survey of students,this study investigates the "basic Secretary" course from six dimensions: the opening of the course,the implementation of the course,the management and guarantee of the course,the teaching of the course,the effect of the course implementation and the difficulties in the course implementation.Through the sorting and analysis of the survey data,the survey results are presented from four aspects: the situation of teachers,the situation of students,the implementation of teaching and the effect of teaching.The survey found that there were some problems in the implementation of the "Secretary foundation" Curriculum in L secondary vocational school in T City,such as the obstruction of teachers’ professional development,the lack of curriculum resources affecting the curriculum implementation,the relatively single teaching method,the inability of the curriculum assessment method to assess the secretarial skills,the neglect of the participation of middle school students in the process of academic evaluation,and the lack of learning ability of students.Based on the reality of L secondary vocational school,this paper puts forward six improvement suggestions to improve the implementation quality of the basic Secretary course,such as improving teachers’ teaching reflection ability,strengthening post service training,enriching curriculum resources and teaching methods,improving students’ classroom participation,optimizing assessment methods and cultivating students’ learning ability,It provides a reference for the implementation of the "basic Secretary" course and other courses of the secretary major,and also makes a modest contribution to the training of high-quality secretarial talents in the new era.
