| In current information society high-speed development process,informationization has become the current developing era.Will be further combined with information technology and modern education,promoting the innovation of education mode.The rapid economic development leads to an urgent demand for human resource management talents.Vocational education,as a type of education with the same status as general education,is in urgent need of response from vocational education human resource management researchers on how to combine information technology with traditional teaching reform to continuously supply high-quality human resource employment talents for enterprises.Curriculum and teaching is the most direct decided to talent training quality,the key factors.Take the student as the center,participatory learning,problem,feedback loop as the main BOPPPS model of core idea,very can meet the demand of vocational education applied talents training goal,but how to accurately understand BOPPPS the connotation of the teaching mode and its reasonable application in the teaching design is a problem that needs to be discussed.BOPPPS model is presented in this paper,on the basis of combination of online and offline teaching model,according to the secondary vocational schools human resources management the need of talent cultivation,teaching environment characteristics,explore how to apply BOPPPS teaching model of the curriculum practice of human resource management knowledge.On the basis of existing research,the author deeply analyzed the connotation and application key points of the mixed teaching mode based on BOPPPS teaching model.In the process of specific investigation and analysis,the author introduced questionnaire survey to analyze the specific teaching cases and teaching methods involved in human Resource Management Knowledge,and found that vocational education has attracted much attention.Strong demand for personalized secondary vocational students class,improve the teaching design,strengthening the participatory learning can improve the efficiency of secondary vocational students’ learning.Therefore,based on BOPPPS teaching model,this paper revolves around the six modules of human resource management overall hybrid teaching design,and then select "staff training" important chapters,carries on the detailed design,and by developing students’ self-evaluation and mutual authentication class effect.BOPPPS is put forward according to the teaching practice of teaching model is widely used,the higher vocational colleges must strengthen teachers’ theoretical research,improve the resource allocation and training teachers and students,build science curriculum evaluation index system... |
