In recent years,with the lack of theoretical research on tennis teaching in colleges and universities,the improvement of tennis teaching conditions,the frequent holding of tennis events,the strengthening of students’ awareness of physical exercise and the increasing number of students who participate in tennis sport,the phenomenon has been constantly emerging,leading to a certain demand for the effect of tennis teaching and training in colleges and universities.Compared with comprehensive colleges and universities,sports colleges and universities have the characteristics of more students participating in tennis,tight teaching resources and different technical basis,etc.Multi-ball combination training can effectively solve the problems brought by these characteristics.Objective: Item combination and explore more ball ball items single training means of sports training professional tennis special student item technology shot success ratio,children series success rate,combination shot success ratio and improve the results of the competition,the influence of the summary of the existing research results about many balls training means,carding of ball teaching theory induction and complement,This paper demonstrates the value of multi-ball combination training method in the teaching of tennis in colleges and universities,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the development of multi-ball training theory and enrich multi-ball teaching methods.Starting from multi-ball item combination training,this paper focuses on the advantages of multi-ball item combination training compared with multi-ball item single training and its influence on teaching effect.Through the discussion and practice of multi-ball item combination training means,Hitting the success rate for the items of the experimental technology,children series success rate,combination shot success ratio and improve the results of the competition and so on carries on the comprehensive training,for more practical and efficient ball item combination training plan,for other college tennis special students and the public tennis enthusiasts to provide theoretical and practical references for daily training.In this paper,using the literature material method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,teaching experiment,in wuhan sports college level 2019 tennis elective class of 30 students in sports training as experimental object,the random sampling can be divided into the experimental group and the control group,experimental group adopts the combined ball child training means,control group adopts many balls items single training method,The teaching effects of these two training methods are compared and analyzed by pre-test and post-test.The following conclusions can be drawn from the results:1.The two training methods have significant improvement effect on the success rate of students’ sub-technical shots.Through the comparison of data,it is found that the experimental group has significantly improved the success rate of students’ sub-technical shots than the control group.2.According to the analysis data of the success rate of combination technique,the test data of combination technique in the experimental group is better than that in the control group.It can be seen that the multi-ball combination training has a more obvious effect on the improvement of the success rate of combination technique in series and combination technique.The multi-ball combination training method can quickly improve the success rate of series and combination of skills.3.According to the experimental data of actual combat singles competition,the experimental group not only has a much higher overall win rate than the control group,but also has a big gap in net margin,indicating that the multi-ball combination training can improve students’ competition results and simulate actual combat better than the single multi-ball training.Although the two training methods can improve the success rate of each sub-item,but the single sub-item training subjects in the sub-item hitting success rate,sub-item series success rate and combination success rate of the experiment subjects are far less than the multi-ball combination training subjects.The experiment shows that for students with special sports training,using multi-ball combination training means is more efficient and faster. |
