My country is comprehensively strengthening and improving physical education work in the new era,the reform of physical education is continuously deepened,and the attention of martial arts teaching in colleges and universities is continuously increasing.However,in the martial arts teaching in colleges and universities,the communication and interaction between teachers and students is less,the learning interest is not high,and the teaching methods are still single and outdated.In order to improve students’ physical quality,technical level and comprehensive ability,control the best effect of martial arts teaching.Combining modern information technology,this paper explores and innovates Wushu teaching methods,and proposes to apply the multiple feedback teaching method to the teaching of Changquan in colleges and universities.feedback to improve teaching effectiveness.Based on the relevant theories of multiple feedback teaching method,drawing on the valuable teaching experience and research results of predecessors,combined with the techniques and teaching characteristics of Changquan routine,this study takes the practical application of multiple feedback teaching method in Changquan teaching as the research object.Using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,experiment,video observation and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the multi feedback teaching method in the martial arts general course of physical education major of Wuhan Institute of physical education,taking the badminton special students of 2019 physical education major of Wuhan Institute of physical education as the experimental object.Through the theoretical research of the multiple feedback teaching method,the implementation of teaching experiments and the comparative analysis of the experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In Changquan teaching,multiple feedback teaching method can promote the development of coordination,endurance and flexibility,but it has no statistical significance on the development of speed and strength.(2)Multi-feedback teaching method Through video,video,and self-feedback,you can learn correct movements at any time and correct wrong movements in time,thereby improving the quality of Changquan movements.(3)Multiple feedback teaching method can significantly improve students’ autonomous learning ability and cooperation ability in Changquan teaching.(4)Multiple feedback teaching method uses multiple feedback and timely communication,so that students can not only perform teaching tasks,complete teaching objectives,reflect self-efficacy,but also give full play to the main role,improve learning efficiency,and thus improve teaching effects.
