Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The New Employment Form Of Internet

The "14th Five-Year Plan" and the Report on the Work of the Government of 2021 proposed to support and standardize the development of new employment forms.The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the new trends and changes in the development of the "Internet +" new employment form,regard it as a new trend in future employment,and propose the implementation of the "Internet +" strategy to support the healthy development of the new employment form.The "Internet+" new employment form has given full play to the positive role of expanded employment and promoted the development of China’s new business model and new economy.However,as a new thing,the new employment form also has "growth troubles" while releasing energy.Replenishing shortcomings in time to improve the system is a topic worth studying at presentThis thesis adopts collaborative governance theory,labor market segmentation theory,socialist harmonious labor relations theory,and uses literature research method,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis combined with questionnaire survey and systematic analysis to further study “ Internet +” new employment form on the basis of its current research,and found that the policy system of the new employment form and the definition standard of the new occupation is not perfect enough,the talent support is insufficient,the relationship between labor and capital is fuzzy,and the industry supervision is difficult.Based on above situation,the author advances to form a comprehensive top-level planning,increase policy support for the new business enterprise,build a social security system in line with the new form of employment to protect workers’ rights and interests,build a training system for employees in the new form of employment,and innovate the government supervision means.By doing so,we can promote the sound development of “ Internet +” new employment form.
