With the advent of the era of education informatization 2.0,blended learning is becoming the"new normal"of future teaching.At present,blended learning has attracted the attention of colleges and universities across the country and has become the future direction of deepening education reform.The blended learning model has been gradually implemented in various academic stages and different disciplines,constantly exploring its laws and characteristics,and carrying out innovative reforms in teaching.At the same time,blended learning also brings opportunities and challenges to the field of education.In teaching practice,the rational and efficient use of blended learning to improve learning effect has become an effective way to practice education informatization 2.0.This research focuses on the learners who participate in blended learning,pays attention to the characteristics of learners,learning situation and learning effect in the blended learning environment,and conducts a more comprehensive analysis of the existing problems.In the process of theoretical basis analysis,this study summarizes related concepts such as"blended learning","learner characteristics"and"learning effect"through existing literature,and sorts out learning analysis methods,learner characteristics and learning effect analysis.and other research status at home and abroad.Under the guidance of constructivism theory,behavioral science theory and learning style theory,1)analyzing the learner’s characteristic elements from the five dimensions of"basic characteristics--cognition--emotion--will--behavior"of learners,and construct The feature analysis system realizes a comprehensive understanding of the learning characteristics and learning process of learners from a multi-dimensional perspective;2)Using appropriate learning analysis methods,the specific process of learner feature analysis is divided into data collection stage,multi-dimensional feature analysis stage and result presentation stage;3)Combining the elements in the learner characteristic model to classify the learners,and then further analyze the influence path of the learner characteristics on the learning effect and present the analysis results in a visual form.In the case analysis,252 learners who participated in the"Java Programming"blended teaching course were selected as the research objects,and three types of data,namely questionnaire data,system data and classroom data were collected respectively,and various data analysis methods such as descriptive data were used Statistics,correlation analysis and so on,analyze the specific characteristics of learners,and actually understand the learning process and learning situation of learners.Subsequently,the K-means clustering algorithm was used to analyze the characteristic data of learners,and the learners were divided into three groups of"excellent","completers"and"marginal",and the differences among the learner groups were visualized.Then,the multiple linear regression analysis method is used to systematically explore the influence of learner characteristics on the learning effect,and the model fitting R~2reaches 0.82.The study found that the factors of behavior,emotion,will,cognition and basic characteristic dimensions together significantly affect the learning effect.Learning behavior has a significant impact on learning effect,and in the behavioral model,the order of influencing factors is"learning behavior>learning attitude>learning self-efficacy>learning strategy>learning style information processing dimension>learning style perception dimension>learning metacognition",and the learner’s gender,grade,computer operation level,MOOC previous learning experience,spatial orientation,learning anxiety did not have a significant impact on the learner’s learning effect.Finally,according to the data analysis results and interview results,the learners in the blended learning environment have problems such as low learning investment,insufficient learning enthusiasm and motivation,insufficient online communication and interaction,and low learning quality in the learning process.Some relevant suggestions are put forward respectively for learners,teachers and teaching administrators,which provide new ideas for deepening the reform of education. |
