| Purpose: by studying the competition video of the top three women’s 20 km in the "iron man cup · 2021 national walking championship and Olympic trials",this paper analyzes the competition video,selects the appropriate competition video for processing,and finds out the relationship between the relevant indexes of lower limb technology and the shortcomings of lower limb technology of the top three athletes in this competition.The statistical method was used to analyze various indexes,and the relationship between lower limb technical indexes and other technical indexes was analyzed.Provide suggestions and technical theoretical support for athletes and coaches in future competition and training.Methods: This paper uses the methods of literature,measurement,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to process,summarize and summarize the relevant index data of lower limb technology.Results:(1)the change rhythm of step length between high-speed walking and low-speed walking is small,but the imbalance of high-speed walking step length needs to be further improved.The change rhythm of gait frequency between high-speed walking and low-speed walking of the three athletes is small,but the imbalance of gait frequency of high-speed walking needs to be further strengthened.(2)In the high-speed walking competition of the three athletes,there is a highly significant difference between the angles of the left and right landing arms and arms,indicating that there are problems in the coordination and balance of the limb swing of the three athletes.(3)Yang Jiayu’s landing angle is relatively balanced among the three,but it has not reached the world excellent level.Liu Hong’s small landing angle is caused by the large landing angle and the slow movement of the center of gravity.The landing angle of Qie Yang shenjie is between the two,which is caused by the landing angle of Qie Yang shenjie.The landing angle of the left foot is larger than that of the right foot,so the landing angle of the left foot is smaller than that of the right foot.(4)Liu Hong’s head fluctuation distance is at the critical value,which is the most likely to cause punishment.Conclusions:(1)in competition,the step length of high-speed walking is larger than that of low-speed walking,but the step frequency is slower than that of low-speed walking.The step frequency of Yang Jiayu’s left and right legs is unbalanced and the stability is relatively poor.(2)During the landing process of the three women athletes in competition,the landing at high speed is not as full as that at low speed.The forward inclination of the trunk is large and the hip joint is not fully extended in the sagittal plane.In particular,the landing angle of Qie Yang shenjie is small and the landing transition time is long,which is an important factor for the slow speed of Qie Yang shenjie.The upper limbs of the three athletes swing left and right unevenly,which is still a certain gap with the world’s elite athletes,with poor stability and slow movement of body center of gravity.(3)In the process of landing to leaving the ground in competition,the swing and pedal extension of the lower limbs of the three women athletes are slow,especially those of Qie Yang shenjie and Liu Hong.(4)In the double support stage of the three women athletes in competition,the undulating distance of the top of the head of the three athletes is relatively large,the flying time is uneven,and there is a risk of being punished. |
