| The fire rescue team is one of the important rescue teams in our country.Therefore,the physical fitness of firefighters is a crucial basis for safety.On the one hand,it can guarantee the smooth development of disaster relief and rescue,and on the other hand,it can better protect the safety of their own lives and people’s lives.Daily training is an important way to improve the physical quality of firefighters.How to improve the physical quality of firefighters,especially the anaerobic endurance quality,in daily training has an important practical value for the safety of firefighters.This study attempts to supplement and enrich the daily training content and subjects of firefighters.From the Angle of enhancing the anaerobic endurance quality of firefighters,this paper seeks the training method to adapt to this special quality,and supplements the existing training content.This study focuses on the Cross Fit training mode and studies the influence of Cross Fit on anaerobic endurance quality of firefighters through experiments.With the help of experimental research,we try to improve the efficiency of anaerobic endurance training for firefighters.In view of the existed in daily training of anaerobic endurance quality training promotion effect is not significant,the team training time should be resolved equilibrium configuration problems as well as the content,in anaerobic endurance quality at the same time enhance the firefighters to reduce fatigue and poor effect of training course,use of limited training time ascending firefighters anaerobic endurance quality effect.This study took a fire brigade in Changchun city as the research and experimental unit,and studied the influence trend of Cross Fit on anaerobic endurance quality of firefighters by means of training intervention.Through the analysis of the test data on the intervention of Cross Fit on the anaerobic endurance quality of firefighters,and the comparison between the existing training and the Cross Fit training,the test results show that,"30S" heavy squatting + bench press,4 ×400m extreme running,400 M evacuating materials to save people,carrying up to the10 th floor(2 φ65 strips),parallel bars arm flexion and extension,horizontal bars rolling body test results before and after the experimental group(Cross Fit intervention group)significantly improved,the control group(routine training group)test results improved.However,the improvement was smaller than that of the experimental group.The above research results indicate that Cross Fit training,as a continuous and diverse functional movement,is more adaptable to the improvement of anaerobic endurance quality of firefighters through high-intensity and short interval training mode.The positive effect of Cross Fit training on basic anaerobic endurance quality subjects of firefighters is better than the existing basic physical training.Compared with the existing technical training methods of anaerobic endurance quality for firefighters,Cross Fit training has advantages in terms of thinking mode and concept.Timely introduction of Cross Fit training in training can be used as a supplement to existing training,effectively improve anaerobic endurance,or effectively combine with existing training. |
