With the development and progress of the society,new social problems are constantly emerging,relevant legal provisions are to adapt to the new stage of development and solve new problems,in recent years,the relevant laws on minors have also been adjusted and changed accordingly to deal with the problem of high juvenile crime rate.Minors with serious problem behaviors should not be labeled by the society,and need timely guidance of professionals.In order to prevent serious behavior problems from turning into major social problems,they need to use the power of professionals,social workers can use professional ideas,skills and methods,in the context of cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory,to help solve the problems of minors involved in crimes,in order to achieve the purpose of smooth socialization,make the minors return to the normal learning and living environment,reshape their cognition,and integrate into the society with a better attitude.This research mainly relies on the social service projects of the procuratorate undertaken by the institution,which contains a lot of service contents,one of the projects is to carry out group work.In the early stage of the group work,we mainly carry out household visits to understand the family situation,and current conditions of minors involved in crimes,determine the service objects and make the relevant service plans according to the information collected.Through interviews and scales,8 service objects were selected and determined,and the correction work was carried out with the help of the group work field.In the early stage,the researchers mainly used the literature analysis method,interview method and observation method to analyze the problem performance of the service objects,to understand the main influencing factors of the problem behavior,and to determine that the problems of the service object are mainly manifested as cognitive bias,emotional polarization,poor behavioral self-control,and to take the cognitive behavior theory as the main theory,social learning theory as a secondary theory analysis of problems,according to the theory of service plans,set up activity goals,in the activity design from shallow to deep,interlinked,so that the service objects to find their own problems,and simulate the situation of the situation,arouse the desire of the service to change,change the deviation cognition,master the method of emotional self-control,change your way of behavior,reintegrate into the society in a new state,and finally achieve the goal of high participation,big change and zero recrime rate.After all group activities,the social workers stay in touch with their service clients,understand the development dynamics of the service object,and find that all the team members have returned to their normal study and life,understand the development dynamics of the service object,and find that all the team members have returned to their normal study and life,many people went to technical schools to study.Through multiple evaluation,the results of this study are mainly reflected in the following aspects:First,the background of uninstitutionalized punishment is more conducive to the solution of the problem of minors involved in crime,mainly manifested in providing a relaxed and free environment for minors involved in crime;Second,social workers involved in criminal minors is better than the previous community correction effect,can provide differentiated correction services,can have a comprehensive understanding of the service objects;Third,it is more effective to combine the cognitive behavior theory as the main theory with the secondary social learning theory.The former can analyze and solve problems,while the latter can be strengthened and have good results in practice.This study also puts forward suggestions for the prevention of juvenile delinquency.The routine services provided by social workers should be combined with the activities of the procuratorate;In the compulsory education stage,schools should also have an equal number of social workers;Purifying the family environment and the school environment are equally important;Schools should not only publicize successful learning,but also carry out frustration education.
