| In the current economic society,autonomous learning ability is a necessary ability for excellent talented people.The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly states that it is necessary to attach importance to the cultivation and improvement of students’ learning autonomy.The future society is a learning society,which requires people to have learning autonomy.However,at present,the autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational students is generally poor.Therefore,in order to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,improving the autonomous learning ability of vocational students has become an important problem to be solved urgently,and it is imperative to systematically and effectively cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of autonomous learning ability of Two classes of computer majors in the first year in G city,this research proposes a hybrid teaching autonomous learning ability cultivation strategy based on "rain classroom",and tests its applicability and effectiveness in teaching through experimental research.The research takes the teaching content of "Project 2-Swimming the Internet" in the course "Computer Application Fundamentals" as an example.It is divided into three teaching sessions: before class,during class and after class.Two classes of computer majors in the first year of a vocational school in G city are selected.The class carried out experimental research,summed up effective strategies for cultivating autonomous learning ability based on "rain classroom" blended teaching,and provided practical reference for secondary vocational teachers to cultivate secondary vocational students’ autonomous learning ability in teaching.The main contents of this research include the following four aspects:(1)Build a self-learning ability strategy based on "rain classroom" blended teachingThrough the questionnaire survey method to investigate the status quo of the autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational students,sort out and analyze the data results,and analyze the status quo of the autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational students.A blended teaching strategy for competency development.(2)Develop a teaching design for the cultivation of autonomous learning ability in blended teaching based on "Rain Classroom"This research takes the course content of "Computer Application Fundamentals" as an example,designs a blended teaching design based on "Rain Classroom",and carries out experimental teaching.Teaching design includes front-end analysis,teaching resource design,teaching activity design and evaluation method design.(3)Experimental implementation of blended teaching based on "Rain Classroom" to cultivate autonomous learning abilityAfter formulating the teaching design,this study selected two parallel classes in the first grade of a vocational school in G city to carry out experimental research.In this experiment,the experimental class was taught by blended teaching based on "Rain Classroom",and the control class was taught by traditional teaching,to test whether the blended teaching strategy based on "Rain Classroom" can affect students’ autonomous learning ability.Cultivation has a positive effect.(4)Effect analysis of the self-learning ability training strategy of blended teaching based on "Rain Classroom".After the experimental study,the post-test questionnaire was distributed again to investigate the autonomous learning ability of the experimental class and the control class,analyze the data,and verify the effect of the blended teaching strategy based on "Rain Classroom" on the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability,and to find out through interviews.Teachers and students’ opinions and suggestions on teaching methods will further improve the self-learning ability training strategy for secondary vocational students based on the "rain classroom" blended teaching.The conclusions of this study include the following three points:(1)After the experiment,the students’ autonomous learning ability has been significantly improved.After the comparative analysis of the test data before and after the experiment and the results of the interviews,it can be seen that the students’ autonomous learning ability has been significantly improved after the experiment.Except for the small difference between the post-test mean of the learning environment ability dimension and the pre-test mean,the post-test means of the other dimensions are all significantly higher than the pre-test,and there are significant differences,indicating that the students’ autonomous learning ability has been significantly improved.(2)The gender and family of students have no obvious influence on the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability.After the experiment,the independent sample t test was carried out on the post-test of the students in the experimental class,and it was found that there was little difference between the students from divorced families and those from non-divorced families in the mean value of autonomous learning ability,and the mean difference between male and female students was also not significant.Gender differences,that is to say,the gender of men and women,and whether they come from a divorced family have no significant impact on the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability based on the "rain classroom" blended teaching strategy.(3)The effectiveness of blended teaching strategy based on "Rain Classroom" :After summarizing,revising and improving the training strategy,a strategy for cultivating the autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational students based on blended teaching has been formed.This strategy divides the teaching process into three links: before class,during class and after class: before class,teachers upload teaching resources for students to study independently;In the class,there are four links: independent inquiry,display of task completion,answer questions,and consolidate and summarize.After class,students conduct self-testing,self-reflection and self-evaluation.Each teaching link gives full play to the built-in function of "rain classroom",and fully arranges the combination of teaching content and the cultivation of autonomous learning ability,which effectively improves students’ autonomous learning ability. |
