In order to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way,our country needs to cultivate a large number of high-quality multi-skilled talents and even "big country craftsmen" who are dedicated to their jobs and have excellent work styles.As an important part of my country’s national education system,secondary vocational education is an important foundation for cultivating technical and technical talents,promoting innovation and entrepreneurship,and advancing the manufacturing and service industries to a new level.Relevant domestic scholars have timely absorbed the spirit of the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 2018 National Education Conference,and extracted the educational concept of "long-term knowledge and understanding of truth",pointing out that education should expand students’ knowledge,enrich their knowledge,increase their knowledge,and understand the truth."Internalizing knowledge,increasing knowledge,and comprehending truth" is the specific implementation path under the guidance of the educational concept of "growing insight and understanding truth".Internalizing knowledge,increasing knowledge,and comprehending truth are the main lines,and clarifying the educational goals of secondary vocational students to cultivate their students’ thinking ability and professional quality.The specific implementation of the educational concept of "long knowledge,understanding of truth" in the field of secondary vocational education requires the implementation of "internalizing knowledge,increasing knowledge,and understanding truth".As an educator,how to help students internalize knowledge and form knowledge is the primary premise,and then form insight.Under the influence of insight,it is a major difficulty and pain point that secondary vocational education faces."Internalizing knowledge,increasing knowledge,and comprehending truth" progresses layer by layer,and grasping the actual connection and mechanism between the three is also an important task to adapt to improve students’ professional quality,cultivate family and country feelings,and strengthen political beliefs.This research mainly includes the following aspects:First of all,through the design of research and research plans based on domestic and foreign literature and related theoretical research on "long knowledge and understanding",the educational concept is sorted out and summarized,and a solid theoretical support is laid;Secondly,according to the research and analysis of the application status of the teaching strategy of the "Chain Enterprise Warehousing and Distribution" course in secondary vocational schools and the analysis of the implementation mechanism of the teaching concept of "internalizing knowledge,increasing knowledge,and understanding the truth",preset teaching strategies,and then deepened the implementation of "long-term".The educational concept of "experience and understanding" guides secondary vocational students to internalize curriculum knowledge,increase their knowledge,and understand the truth,explore the implementation strategies in the practice of secondary vocational professional courses,and develop the teaching concepts of constructivism,"three teachings",and humanistic learning.Under the guidance of related concepts and models,the teaching practice is carried out with the professional course "Warehousing and Distribution of Chain Enterprises",a professional course of secondary vocational marketing major;Finally,adjust teaching strategies according to teaching practice,summarize and put forward countermeasures,implement the educational concept of "long knowledge and understanding",teach students to think independently,internalize knowledge in their hearts,and then form their own insights,and have the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.Ability to cultivate professional applied talents for social development.
