At present,the research methods of sports biomechanics have been widely carried out in sports,and EMG is guided from the surface of the muscle through electrodes,and the recorded biological point signals during neuromuscular system activity can be used to judge athletes through data.The duration of the force of each muscle,the discharge sequence of the muscle,and the integral EMG value and contribution rate of the muscle.By studying the muscle time course and the contribution rate of the muscles during the completion of the 180-degree body flexion and somersault,the muscle force characteristics of trampoline athletes completing the 2-cycle 180 degree body flexion and somersault can be used for the athletes’ future sports technology.Analysis and improvement provide theoretical basis.Through the method of literature,data statistics,video analysis and experiment,the tibialis anterior muscle of 4 female athletes and 1 male athlete in Shaanxi Province(all athletes)completed 2-cycle 180 degree flexion forward somersaults was analyzed.,gastrocnemius,rectus femoris,biceps femoris,gluteus maximus,erector spinae,rectus abdominis,deltoid anterior muscle,a total of eight muscles,the discharge duration and muscle contribution rate were studied,and the pressure in the action was calculated.The net action stage,the off-grid action stage and the complete action are analyzed.If the net surface when the trampoline is stationary is regarded as a horizontal line,then the net action stage is below the horizontal line,the off-grid action stage is above the horizontal line,and the complete action is two actions.The sum of the stages.The activation duration and muscle contribution rate of the eight muscles when the athlete completed the movement was analyzed from the whole movement,different movement stages and the characteristics of individual muscle force.Analysis conclusion:(1)The front deltoid muscle is the main force muscle to complete this stage in the 180-degree net-pressing stage of the flexion front somersault.The lifting and pressing of the arm runs through the entire net-pressing stage,which plays an important role in the flipping of the next action.acceleration effect.In addition,the time course of the gastrocnemius,gluteus maximus and deltoid anterior muscle is longer than that of other muscles,and these three muscles have the characteristics of maintaining body balance,which helps athletes maintain a proper body center of gravity during the net pressing phase.(2)The contribution rate of the rectus abdominis in the two-week 180-degree off-grid phase of the flexion and forward somersaults ranks second,and the time course of the erector spinae ranks first.Change-related,these two muscles play a vital role in the formation,rollover,extension,and fall of the movement.The time course and contribution rate of the gluteus maximus are relatively low,but the quality of the stretch action can reflect the completion of the action,so it cannot be ignored because of the low contribution rate of the gluteus maximus.(3)During the complete 180-degree 180-degree swivel in front of flexion and somersaults Having obtained a sufficient take-off height,you should try your best to keep your body’s center of gravity stable before starting the movement,with the main purpose of successfully completing the flip of the movement,so the leg muscles are slightly weaker.Research recommendations:(1)The stability of the body’s center of gravity has a great influence on the completion of the pressing stage.The coordination between muscles and muscles is very important,and related exercises can be added on the ground,especially the special projects that cooperate with the swing of the arms and the stretching of the legs.practise.(2)The rectus abdominis and erector spinae are the key muscles to complete the movement during the two-week 180-degree off-net stage of the front somersault before bending the body.In the usual training,attention should be paid to the training of these muscles and try to combine them with the actual movement..(3)The complete movement consists of the net-pressing phase and the off-netting phase,so the movements can be decomposed and practiced,such as a single cycle of front somersaults,180 degrees of frontal somersaults,and two weeks of frontal somersaults.Do special exercises.In addition,the strength characteristics of muscles in different stages are different,and targeted technical training should be carried out according to the actual situation.
