Research And Implementation Of Intelligent Education System Based On Knowledge Tracking

With the rapid iteration and the development of Internet technology,and the rise of artificial intelligence technology,makes the development of education is more and more mature wisdom,wisdom education can make students not be restricted by time and place,can learn at any time,and in combination with big data as well as the advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence,can from the vast amounts of historical data excavated students with valuable information,Thus it is convenient for students and teachers to study and teach individually.Behavior of the number of students about how to find the valuable information and knowledge tracking technology made many attempts in this aspect,knowledge can according to the history of student behavior tracking to get the master degree of knowledge points,can provide a good learning for the students feedback,this is also one of the problems are of the utmost importance in the intellectual education,only clear the students of the current study situation,In order to better determine the next step of learning plan,so that students can understand their own learning status,but also can let teachers teach according to their aptitude.Previous knowledge tracking model tend to overlook the following two problems,one is under the same title of the relevant knowledge,the relationship between the related knowledge points under the same topic often present a positive correlation relationship,the other is in the past most of the knowledge tracking model of the loss function of the optimization goal is to predict whether this problem can make students,The students specific knowledge representation of general as a model of the middle layer,is not a direct optimization goal,and function optimization is usually local optimization,which leads to the key points in the model proficiency do not agree with the final prediction scores,namely the proficiency of cases,the inference is not known to the score for the forecast of the problem may also is right,It doesn’t make sense.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a new knowledge tracking model based on parametric iterative reasoning,which takes the relationship between knowledge points under the same topic into account,and designs a multi-objective optimization loss function to improve the consistency of reasoning.Through experiments on several public datasets collected and compared with several tracking models,including classical and recent ones,the prediction performance of this model is not only better,but also particularly outstanding in its consistency performance.Finally,combined with the demand analysis of the system,the intelligent education system based on knowledge tracking is designed and implemented.The system is divided into the teacher side and the student side.The student side mainly provides online viewing of courses,examination,error recording,knowledge mastery visualization,and the teacher side provides course management,examination paper management and other functions.The system adopts the front and back end separation design,the front end uses Vue,the back end uses Spring Boot + My Batis framework.
