With the improvement of my country’s comprehensive national strength and the rapid development of the economy,the continuous reform of the Ministry of Education on school physical education has made people pay more and more attention to physical education,and the society’s requirements for physical education teachers’ own abilities have also been continuously improved.Physical education is the source of training modern physical education teachers,and it is also an important task of their profession.Gymnastics general course is a course that every student of physical education major in all physical education colleges must study.It is an important course for cultivating teaching practice ability and occupies an irreplaceable important position.At present,the gymnastics class hours of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education are compressed,and the training of students’ ability needs to be re-formulated;secondly,from the perspective of the relevance of curriculum settings,the content of each course is relatively independent,and there is no good integration in the process of practical ability training;training content Therefore,the process of cultivating the teaching practice ability of students majoring in physical education needs to be improved.The research purpose of this paper is to put forward the specific operation of the specific teaching practice ability training index system and training method on the basis of the current training of the gymnastics syllabus of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education.The quality of education professional personnel training.This paper uses the literature method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,observation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,starting from the actual needs of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools and the goal of training students’ practical ability in gymnastics general courses.And the reasonable training index system and method of gymnastics teaching practice ability is of great significance to the training of sports talents.Research result:(1)Gymnastics teaching practice ability training system finally determined 4first-level training indexes,11 second-level training indexes and 47 third-level training indexes of gymnastic practice motivation,general gymnastic practice ability,gymnastic specific practice ability and gymnastic situational practice ability,Has constructed a complete,scientific and systematic training system content.(2)The elements of the gymnastics teaching practice ability training system are independent and interact with each other.The purpose is to improve the comprehensive teaching ability of students.They have the characteristics of integrity and development.(3)Among the weights of various indicators,the special practice ability of gymnastics has the largest proportion,accounting for 43.75%;the second is the ability of gymnastics situational practice,accounting for 31.25%;the next is the motivation of gymnastics practice,accounting for 18.75%;The last is the general practice ability of gymnastics,accounting for 6.25%.It shows that the special practice ability of gymnastics is the core of the whole training system,and it also shows its importance.In the training of the special practice ability index of gymnastics,the cognition of gymnastics is equal to the evaluation of gymnastics practice ability,and both are higher than the application of gymnastics skills.In the process of cultivating the special practice ability of gymnastics,the cognition and practical ability evaluation of the exercise should be the focus.(4)According to the index system,the "overall + key index" training method is proposed,and the key training indicators of gymnastics special practice ability and gymnastics situation practice ability are determined according to the weight and ranking of the indicators.In the training of gymnastics practice motivation,the heuristic and induction method is proposed;in the training of the general gymnastics practical ability,the independent inquiry method is proposed;in the gymnastics special practical ability,the gymnastics lecture,teaching assistant practice,and students’ mutual evaluation method are proposed;in the gymnastics situational practical ability,the reflective Teaching and the second classroom activity evaluation method,and finally put forward specific operations and analysis according to the training method. |
