At present,rural tourism is getting hotter and hotter.As the cornerstone of the development of agricultural tourism industry,the construction of agricultural tourism talent team is also very important.How to classify and train agricultural tourism talents is becoming more and more important.The construction of agricultural tourism talent team is related to the sustainable development of China’s agricultural tourism industry.Therefore,the research on the construction of agricultural tourism talent team is of great significance to the development of agricultural tourism industry.This paper selects Maqiao Town,Jingjiang City as the specific research object for research.Based on the current approaches to the construction of Maqiao town’s agricultural tourism talent team,through case interviews with relevant personnel of Maqiao town’s talent office and agricultural tourism enterprises,this paper summarizes the achievements of Maqiao town’s agricultural tourism talent team construction,and uses the participatory development theory to deeply analyze the current situation of Maqiao town’s agricultural tourism talent team construction based on the incentive theory and human capital theory.Through the investigation on the construction of agricultural tourism talent team in Maqiao Town,it is found that the agricultural tourism talent capacity in Maqiao town is weak,the brain drain,the main body of talent training is not clear,and the construction of talent team is lack of power.On this basis,the main factors causing the problems are found out.According to their own visit,investigation and discussion,the enlightenment is obtained and four feasible countermeasures are put forward,that is,to clarify the main role of talent team construction Improve the training mechanism for the construction of agricultural and tourism talents,create a good talent return environment,and improve the incentive mechanism for agricultural and tourism talents.It is found that the construction of agricultural tourism talent team is a booster to promote the optimal development of agricultural tourism industry.On the one hand,the construction of agricultural tourism talent team can bring certain economic benefits to the agricultural tourism industry and make contributions to China’s rural economy;On the other hand,the favorable economic environment in turn promotes the construction of agricultural tourism talent team,and cultivates high-quality talents who understand economy and industry for our country.From this,it can be clearly concluded that the construction of agricultural tourism talent team and the development of agricultural tourism industry are a continuous and mutually reinforcing development process in the long run.What is worth our reflection is that the construction of agricultural tourism talent team is an activity that needs long-term investment,and there is not always room for value-added.Therefore,we need to fully consider the relationship between the local environment,the construction of agricultural tourism talent team and the development of agricultural tourism industry,and further improve the input-output ratio,so as to ensure that agricultural tourism talents play a cornerstone role in the development of agricultural tourism industry and continuously improve the overall strength of China’s rural areas,Make greater contributions to rural development... |
