Research On The Development Of Industrial Robot Operation And Programming Job Course Competition Certificate Integrated Course In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the industrial transformation and upgrading,the advanced manufacturing industry represented by industrial robots has put forward higher requirements for skilled talents.Secondary vocational schools,as the cradle of training first-line skilled talents,need to timely adjust the process of talent training according to industrial development.As a carrier of personnel training,curriculum plays a very important role.Job Course Competition Certificate integrated education links the industry,education,competition,certificate industry four subjects,can effectively ensure that the teaching process docking industrial development.This paper focuses on the development of the integrated course of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of consulting the policy documents of vocational education reform and a large number of literature,this paper analyzes the research status of the integration of Job Course Competition Certificate and secondary vocational curriculum development,defines the core concepts,establishes the theoretical basis,clarifies the development ideas and formulates the research plan.Through the field research,the current situation of course teaching and enterprise talent demand are understood,and the problem of mismatch between supply and demand between course teaching and enterprise demand is found.In view of the problems,the development and research of the integrated course of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming Job Course Competition Certificate are carried out.First,four typical tasks are determined and analyzed,including the installation and adjustment of industrial robot mechanical system,industrial robot electrical system,industrial robot application programming,industrial robot maintenance;Second,research and analysis of the national vocational skills Competition Robot Technology Application question bank,Industrial Robot Operation and Maintenance certificate skill requirements,find the Job Course Competition Certificate integration point;Thirdly,curriculum development research should be carried out from four aspects of setting teaching standards,reconstructing teaching content,teaching implementation design and establishing evaluation system to realize the integration of Job Course Competition Certificate.Fourthly,conduct course teaching based on action-oriented teaching mode and analyze teaching effect.The combination course of Job Course Competition Certificate of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming in secondary vocational schools has good teaching effect,which can effectively consolidate students’ knowledge base and cultivate practical skills.It can provide reference for the development of other Job Course Competition Certificate combination courses.
