With the development of the network society,the discourse power o f ideological and political education has ushered in new changes,and the construction of the discourse power of network ideological and political education has received great attention.Therefore,Paying attention to and enhancing the discourse power of network ideological and political education is an important measure to promote the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities undertake the teaching and research responsibilities of ideological and political courses,and they are important discourse subjects for colleges and universities to enhance the discourse power of network ideological and political education.However,teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities have the problem of the discourse power in the process of using media platforms to carry out network ideological and political education for students.By conducting a questionnaire survey on ideological and political courses teachers and students in 14 undergraduate colleges and universities in A Province,and combining the interview records of 5 ideological and political courses teachers and 10 students,We can further grasp the current situation of the discourse power of network ideological and political education for ideological and political courses teachers in colleges and universities.From the analysis of the current situation,it is known that some achievements have been made in the construction of the discourse power of network ideological and political education for ideological and political courses teachers in colleges and universities,which is reflected in the improvement of the discourse ability and discourse effect of the ideological and political courses teachers of the colleges and universities in carrying out the network ideological and political education.On the other hand,there are still the following problems in the development of the discourse power of network ideological and political education for ideological and political courses teachers in colleges and universities: the enthusiasm of ideological and political courses teachers to participate in cyberspace needs to be improved,the forms of ideological and political courses teachers carrying out network ideological and political education are relatively simple,ideological and political courses teachers and students lack space for interaction and discussion in the network environment,the construction of ideological and political media platforms in colleges and universities is not attractive and the communication power is weak,and it is difficult for ideological and political courses teachers to guide students' ideological concepts.The reasons for the above problems are that teachers of ideological and political courses do not participate enough in network ideological and political work,the construction of discourse platforms is not perfect,the impact of various network ideological and cultural,and related systems and mechanisms are not sound enough.In view of the main problems existing in the discourse power of ideological and political courses teachers in the network ideological and political education in colleges and universities,We can improve the ability and level of ideological and political courses teachers in colleges and universities to carry out network ideological and political education,build the discourse platforms for the construction of discourse power in network ideological and political education of ideological and political courses teachers in colleges and universities,improve college students' ability to accept the discourse content of ideological and political courses teachers' network ideological and political education,and optimize the institutional mechanism for the construction of discourse power in network ideological and political education for teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.From the above four levels,this paper discusses the ways of improving the discourse power of network ideological and political education for ideological and political courses teachers in colleges and universities. |
