Research On Risk Management Of Township Talent Post Station Construction Project In Fengkai County

In recent years,there has been a flat increase in the demand for building housing for staff and teachers in rural institutions.More station projects are currently being launched in China.These projects have both public welfare and commercial benefits,and are affected by many factors in the construction process,which are embodied in low quality,financing difficulties and long construction cycle.It directly determines the probability and importance of using measures to reasonably face risks.The construction project of talent station in Xinghua Town,Fengkai County is faced with many problems such as low construction quality,slow construction and multiple risk factors.The author takes this case as an example to investigate the risk management status of the construction project.Specifically,under the guidance of risk theory,in order to effectively grasp the risk factors of xinghua Town talent Station project in Fengkai County,With the help of the expert research method and the Delphi method,the risk issues in the construction of the Xinghua Town Talent Station project are carefully researched and analyzed.Clarify the risks in quality,finance,progress,operation and management of the project,which are the five first-level indicators of the project.Design change risk,unclear contract risk,cost risk,financing risk,raw material（equipment）quality risk,human safety accident risk,management concept risk,management level risk,timely completion risk,property risk and other 25 secondary indicators.It is found that the weight of quality risk and schedule risk management risk in the criterion layer is higher than that in the standard layer.In the index layer,material and equipment risk,safety accident risk,design change risk,contract unclear risk,natural factor risk,management concept risk,cost rising risk,financing risk,on-time delivery risk,property management risk account for a large proportion;Then,based on the fuzzy evaluation method,the risk level in the later stage of the project is evaluated,and it is understood that the risk is a general situation.According to the specific results of evaluating the risk of the talent station project,and integrating the real status quo of the project,the specific measures to deal with the risk are discussed:financing risk can be reduced by controlling the cost,and financial risk control can be realized;Pay attention to the response of design change risk,contract management risk and natural risk,reduce the possibility of schedule risk;Reduce the risk of safety accident and quality risk by attaching importance to the risk of material and equipment;Through the establishment of management rules and regulations to strengthen human resources management,to achieve the optimization of management concept,management level,to reduce management risks;Reduce the possibility of operation risk by paying attention to on-time delivery risk and property management risk.
