Research On College Students’ Labor View In The New Era

Labor is the foundation of human survival and development,and no country or nation can ignore the role of labor.The concept of labor is people’s general view and fundamental view of labor,which directly affects people’s labor behavior.The positive outlook on labor will promote people to form correct labor cognition,labor emotion and labor will,and produce good labor behavior.On the contrary,the negative outlook on labor will mislead people to do the opposite behavior,resulting in adverse consequences.College students in the new era are a very important and special group.They are a group with active thinking and potential in society.They are the builders and successors of the socialist cause in the future,and they will certainly shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.However,there are still many problems in the labor view of some college students at present.Based on this,this thesis,based on the problem-oriented,randomly distributed questionnaires on the network platform to investigate the current situation of college students’ labor view in the new era,and combined with the background of the new era,analyzed and used for reference the related research results of predecessors on college students’ labor view,considered the reasons for the problems from various angles,and then explored the path to solve the problems of college students’ labor view in the new era.This is not only conducive to helping college students to establish a scientific outlook on labor and promote their growth,but also conducive to promoting the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This thesis consists of the following parts:The first part explains the related concepts and theoretical basis of college students’ labor view in the new era.Firstly,the concepts of labor and labor view are clarified,and then the connotation of college students’ labor view in the new era is clarified.Secondly,it expounds the three theoretical bases of studying the labor view of college students in the new era,and sorts out,analyzes and studies Marx’s labor view,the Communist Party of China’s labor view and the labor view in Chinese excellent traditional culture.The second part summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in college students’ view of labor in the new era.Through sorting out and analyzing the results of the questionnaire,it is pointed out that the problems are mainly manifested in four aspects: utilitarianism of labor cognition,indifference of labor emotion,weakness of labor will and inefficiency of labor behavior.The third part analyzes the causes of the problems of college students’ outlook on labor in the new era from the perspectives of society,universities,families and personal characteristics.First,the bad influence in the social environment;second,the lack of education related to the concept of labor in colleges and universities;third,the deficiency in cultivating the concept of family labor;fourth,it is pointed out that some individual differences of college students will also affect the formation of their outlook on labor.The fourth part explores the cultivation path of college students’ labor view in the new era.Including broadening the social channels,establishing the corresponding university mechanism,creating a good family atmosphere,and encouraging college students to cultivate their outlook on labor.Cooperate with the four forces of society,universities,families and college students themselves to help college students establish a correct view of labor in the new era.
