The Practical On Self-efficacy Interventions For Rural Child-bereft Elderly ——Based On The Case Management Model

Self-efficacy,analyzed from the perspective of the child-bereft elderly,refers to the degree of confidence that a single individual shows when facing challenges or new things in different fields at the social level.If this index is too low,it will affect the normal life of the elderly,including the quality of life,happiness,health behavior,etc.At the same time,it will also have a great impact on the psychological of the elderly,which may cause some diseases.China’s family planning is not only to curb the number of population,but also to deal a blow to the family once the accident of the child,resulting in child-bereft elderly.At the same time,compared with cities,the countryside is influenced by the feudal superstition is bigger,also to breed more persistent,therefore,for the rural lost old man alone,the more vulnerable,and more vulnerable to damage,the damage is mainly in the emotional aspects of fracture,at the same time also note that the effect on the surrounding environment also cannot be ignored,they may be discrimination by neighbors,This exacerbates their predicament,creating a vicious circle.At present,the concern for the elderly who have lost their only child is mainly reflected in material,while the spiritual aspect is often ignored.In this case,the elderly who have lost their only child will shorten their contact with the outside world and may break with the whole society.This study H county village of old man alone as the research object,the F institutions lost love alone old man project as the backing,during my internship in F institutions,the author found that the more a more comprehensive service strategy,namely case management model,case management model suitable for effective access to resources can’t egotism,this way not only can solve the practical problems,At the same time,it takes more time,which is a very efficient practice mode for the childbereft elderly.From the perspective of research,this paper first investigated the specific situation of the child-bereft elderly in H village and found that they had low self-efficacy,which was embodied in life attitude,social interaction and irrational cognition.Then select three representative cases for analysis and comparison,so as to present the management mode of the case,especially the specific practice process in the child-bereft elderly.Based on the loss of the old man’s problems and needs,intervention idea according to the theory of self-efficacy and energized theory as the instruction,case management service plan formulation,so may provide certain help to the director,including the cognition of self alone,with an old man emotional arousal,mainly refers to positive emotions,on the improvement of the interpersonal communication and the change of attitude towards life,these contents constitute its target.Finally,according to the results of pre-and post-test comparison and interview survey,the case management model is an effective model in promoting the intervention of the child-bereft elderly in rural areas.But at the same time,this model is not omnipotent and has certain limitations.It also has deficiencies in some aspects,such as welfare resources,perfection and problem orientation,which may affect the service to a certain extent.
