Research On The Training Strategy Of Reserve Talents In Competitive Sports In Dalian From The Background Of Sport And Education Integration

The proposal of the integration of sports and education in the new era not only points out the development direction for the training of competitive sports reserve talents,but also plays a fundamental role in improving the level of sports competition in schools.The "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Teenagers" and "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Sports Work in the New Era" further improve the structure of the school sports policy system and are the result of the integration of sports and education for Dalian’s competitive sports reserve talents.The action guide is to expand the reserve of competitive sports talents in Dalian,open up the channels for transportation and promotion,improve the competitive level of young reserve talents,and provide new ideas for Dalian to cultivate high-quality reserve talents for competitive sports.The research takes Dalian’s competitive sports reserve talent cultivation as the research object,and analyzes existing problems and reasons of Dalian competitive sports reserve talent cultivation from three levels of campus,amateur sports school and sports club.Using the method of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys and field inspections,we can grasp the proportion and distribution of competitive sports reserve talents in Dalian,the situation of training,competition system and condition guarantee,etc.,and provide effective data support for the research.The research shows that: the coaches trained by the reserve talents of competitive sports in Dalian lack relevant professional skills training and have less coaching experience,but the professional skills of the coaches in sports clubs are relatively better;The number of national-level athletes is relatively small;the school has a large enrollment base,but the talent transfer situation is not ideal,the quality of amateur sports schools has declined,and the number of students in different amateur sports schools is significantly different;school training time is insufficient,and amateur sports schools pay more attention to technology and tactics The training design of sports clubs is scientific and reasonable;the reserve talents have insufficient time to study and have a strong demand for learning,and amateur sports schools do not pay enough attention to cultural education;the number of events in the school is insufficient,the quality of events in different regions and levels is uneven,and sports clubs Training provides more opportunities for reserve talents to participate in the competition;sufficient funding sources,relatively backward school venues and facilities,small scale of sports club environment construction,and high payment fees.The main problems are:（1）In terms of school training,the improvement of coaches’ practical experience and theoretical knowledge has not been balanced,the quality of reserve talent training has not been improved for a long time,and competition resources have not been effectively utilized;（2）amateur sports school training In terms of education,weak links hinder the improvement of athletes’ cultural literacy,the number of amateur sports schools cannot meet the needs of talent training,and the poor quality and quantity of enrollment affects the results of talent training;（3）In terms of sports club training,competition organizations have not achieved good integration and interoperability.,the resource supply is scattered,the environmental construction needs to be adjusted;the competition operation management mechanism is not perfect.From the background of the integration of sports and education,the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports in Dalian has the following changes: relying on school training to promote diversified cooperation with amateur sports schools and sports clubs;guided by amateur sports school training,strengthen collaborative linkage with school training;Aiming at the training of sports clubs,realize the coupling with school training resources.The research puts forward the optimization strategy for the integration of sports and education for competitive sports reserve talents in Dalian:（1）Encourage the coaches and retired athletes of social organizations to enter the campus to improve the specialization of training;（2）The sports department and the education department jointly train to promote the training of talents Institutionalization;（3）Improve various youth competitions at the city,district（county）and school levels,and use the competition to drive training;（4）Select teachers to amateur sports schools for cultural education to achieve high-quality resources complementation;（5）Strengthen amateur sports Multi-party cooperation between sports schools to accelerate the integration of "popularization-elite";（6）Adhere to the coexistence of dual systems and strengthen the talent training force of amateur sports schools;（7）Increase the frequency of interaction between sports clubs and schools,and gradually form a professional training system;（8）Accelerate the integration and sharing of resources and improve the social benefits of sports clubs;（9）Make concerted efforts to jointly manage the operation of competitions and improve the management mechanism of sports competitions.It will solve the disadvantages of quantifying the training level,utilitarian training results,and market-oriented training resources in the training of competitive sports reserve talents for Dalian City,and open up a new path for the training of competitive sports reserve talents in a new era.
