| Talent is playing a key role in achieving sustainable development for enterprises.During the post-epidemic period,the growing competition for existence between enterprises depends on the competition for talents in the competitive market environment full of uncertainty.It can be concluded that strengthening staff training,improving staff efficiency and managing well in human resource development are important practical activities to bring in and keep talents and improve the level of human resource management.ZHGroup,a real estate enterprise in the western area,is facing great challenges from the internal and external environment.Because of its increasingly expanded scale and business diversification,the hidden problems in employee training of ZHGroup gradually emerged and had a negative impact as well.Employees’ low sense of identity with training,unsatisfactory training outcomes and insufficient talent pool are the reasons why training benefits can’t be guaranteed.ZHGroup has realized that in order to maintain its enterprise competitiveness for a long time,it must invest huge resources and attention in employee training,at the same time the employee training system should be optimized and improved.The thesis takes employee training system in ZHGroup as the research object,discusses the problems on it,analyzes the causes,and comes up with targeted optimization plans in order to improve the effectiveness of the employee training.First and foremost,the author determines the research background,significance,research methods.Based on the theories on employee training,the author studies and analyzes the current system of ZHGroup through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and field investigation.The author points out some problems on finding and analyzing training needs,developing and managing training resources,formulating and implementing training programs,evaluating and transforming training effects in the current employee training system of ZHGroup.Therefore,ZHGroup should be aware of the importance and necessity of optimizing the employee training system from many aspects,ranging from training demand analysis,training instructor management,curriculum development,management implementation,effect evaluation to achievement transformation.Finally,some supportive measures from organization,culture and resources will be put tripartite for the smooth implementation of the project.Hopefully,the findings of this thesis may provide guidance in theory and practice for the optimization of employee training system in ZHGroup and other western real estate enterprises to improve their employee training management. |
