| Building a powerful and innovative country with human resources needs the participation of many college graduates.It is an important content of career education and employment guidance to help graduates to have a clear understanding of themselves,understand the requirements of society and enterprises,accurately position themselves,have a clear career plan,and improve their cognition and happiness of career.At present,most of the career planning education carried out by colleges and universities still stays in the first class or lectures.Although there are a lot of career planning resources on the network,they lack systematic and personalized.How to find "useful" resources from "massive" resources in a short time is worth paying attention to.To improve the awareness of college students’ career planning,this paper designs and develops a systematic,public welfare and personalized learning resource recommendation platform of "professional rules" by sorting out and summarizing the theoretical basis and relevant literature and combining the needs of learners’ practice and career planning curriculum.The purpose is to use educational technology to strengthen the students’ learning of career planning resources and solve the problem of learners’ choice of resources.This paper builds a learner model by collecting learners’ basic information,evaluation information,and behavior information,builds a career planning learning resource library by collecting and sorting out college students’ career planning learning resources,and proposes corresponding personalized recommendation strategies for learning resources,to recommend personalized learning resources for learners.To realize the platform design and understand the needs of learners and teachers for the learning resource recommendation platform,62 questionnaires for teachers and 501 questionnaires for students were sent out,and the collected questionnaires were statistically analyzed.With the support of constructionist learning theory,Mallow’s hierarchy of Needs theory,and other educational theories,and relying on the micro program plug-in of we-chat,a learning resource recommendation platform has been designed,including 11 modules,including course learning,recruitment announcement,guess you like,etc.To test the effectiveness of the platform,this paper carries out verification from two aspects: first,through comparative analysis,the average understanding of career planning of students who did not participate in the demand survey was compared before and after using the platform;Second,USES the questionnaire survey and interview method to use the platform of 536 students and 6respectively a teacher satisfaction survey,students including participation needs survey of 107 third graders and was not involved in demand survey 429 freshman sophomore students,"the general office rules" learning resource is analyzed on the feasibility and applicability of the recommended platform.The results show that the platform provides systematic and personalized career planning learning resources for learners,and strengthens their awareness of career planning to a certain extent,thus enhancing their awareness of career planning.The college students’ career planning learning resource database and learner model proposed in this study can provide a reference value for relevant research,and the "Career Rules" learning resource recommendation platform developed can continue to serve teachers and students,and provide after-school assistance for the development of career planning courses. |
