Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Training Quality In Traditional Basketball Program Schools

In 2014,the State General Administration of sports and the Ministry of Education promulgated the measures for the administration of traditional sports schools,which strengthened the construction and management of Traditional Basketball Schools.Improve the traditional school basketball training mechanism and improve the training quality.At present,what is the quality of traditional school basketball training? It is of great significance to establish a scientific and reasonable basketball training quality evaluation system.In this study,the evaluation index system of training quality of traditional basketball project schools is preliminarily drawn up by the method of literature and expert interview.Questionnaire survey method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics method were used to screen the selected indicators in two rounds,and finally determined the evaluation index system of traditional basketball project school training quality.Ahp was used to construct the index weight judgment matrix,and the data was put into the relevant formula to get the weight value of each index.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to select four schools in the Pearl River Delta region for empirical analysis.The specific research conclusions are as follows:1.Establish the quality evaluation index system of traditional basketball school training,and clarify the development direction and goal of reserve talent selection and training.Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the quality of training.2.Delphi method is used to control the evaluation indexes,and finally determine four first-class indexes: Coach factor,student factor,training environment and guarantee conditions;17 sub indicators,such as "teaching ability","participation in training","training results" and "attention of institutional heads";Indicators such as "special training capacity","training methods and means","motivation to participate in training" and "special fund budget" are divided into 61 three-level projects.3.The weight of each level index is determined by analytic hierarchy process,which accurately and intuitively reflects the importance of each index in the traditional basketball quality evaluation index system and improves the objectivity of the evaluation results.4.Establish the traditional evaluation index system of basketball quality education,effectively solve the problem of inaccurate evaluation results caused by qualitative evaluation indexes,and make the final evaluation results more objective and reasonable.5.To verify the science of the evaluation index system,four Pearl River Delta schools are selected as assessment objects for empirical analysis.The results show that the average scores of the four schools are more than 80.As a result,the overall quality of the school’s traditional basketball training in the Pearl River Delta is good,the main disadvantage is the structure and quality of the poor venue and the lack of corresponding political support.
