With the rapid development of Chinese society,great changes have taken place in the living conditions of the people,resulting in the rapid growth of cardiovascular disease,which is the main cause of arteriosclerosis,and add a heavy economic burden to the current country and residents[1].The best way to deal with arteriosclerosis is early detection and prevention,which is divided into invasive and non-invasive detection methods.It can achieve early defense against cardiovascular disease caused by arteriosclerosis to a large extent[2].General invasive detection is more accurate,but it is harmful to human body.Non-invasive detection is divided into direct detection and indirect detection.The former is expensive;the use of equipment in the latter is tedious,and there is no continuous measurement function.At present,the research in the field of arteriosclerosis is relatively late in our country,so there is few related detection equipment,which makes the research on arteriosclerosis become a more important topic in the field of biomedicine in China[3].Therefore,this paper proposed to develop a multi-parameter non-invasive arteriosclerosis detection device.In this paper,through investigation and the relevant technology available in our laboratory,a multi-parameter non-invasive arteriosclerosis detection device and application system was developed,which has the functions of synchronous detection of pulse,ECG and blood pressure and calculation of arteriosclerosis evaluation parameters.The main work included the construction of hardware platform,software design and automatic calculation of related arteriosclerosis parameters.The hardware part was mainly about the acquisition of pulse,ECG and blood pressure signals and the control of signal acquisition and transmission by the main control board,and STM32F427VGT6 was selected as the main control board CPU.Software part of the main control board CPU mainly achieved the fundamental drive software design,PC software design and arteriosclerosis database design.The design of the underlying driver software mainly completed the driving,signal acquisition and data signal packaging and transmission of each hardware sub-module,and the PC software has the functions of receiving,storing and displaying the data.The design of the database mainly focused on the statistics of patient information and the functions of adding,deleting,searching and modifying calculated values.The algorithm part mainly completed the functions of signal filtering,baseline drift removal,feature point identification,new parameter calculation and software automatic calculation and analysis.In addition,this paper completed the software and hardware system function tests and system verification.After tests,the power supply voltage errors of each module of the hardware system were<5%,the software was also very stable when working for a long time,and the test results met the design requirements.Then the results of system data verification were as follows:(1)to verify the stability of the system,20 young and 20 old people were selected to repeatedly measure the pulse wave velocity,and the standard deviations were calculated to verify the stability.In addition,according to the different values of pulse wave conduction velocity in different age groups of human body,three groups of young people,middle-aged people and old people were selected,and the change law of pulse wave conduction velocity was measured to accord with the normal development law of human body,which proved the stability of the system;(2)by comparing the data collected by this system with the selected control equipment,the calculated P values were all>0.05,which proved that there was no obvious difference between the system and the selected control equipment,indicating the reliability of the system.Then,according to the collected data,the ankle-brachial index,pulse pressure difference and new characteristic parameters were calculated,and the relationship between them and human arteriosclerosis and some diseases caused by it was analyzed,which provided an effective reference for the clinical diagnosis of arteriosclerosis[4].At the same time,at the end of the paper,the deficiency and improvement direction of the system were put forward,as well as the further prospect of the arteriosclerosis detection system in the future.
