| With the development of information technology,geographic information data will be integrated into the big data in many other fields.When it has integrated,many valuable information can be revealed.Therefore,the National Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information issued the 13 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Technology so that give full play to the basic supporting and service guarantee role of surveying and mapping geographic information.Under the expansion of surveying and mapping geographic information data market,the number of enterprises engaged in the collection,management,analysis and mining of geographic big data will continue to increase.This thesis,taking ZWH company as the research object,applies the theory and method of technology innovation strategy to conduct in-depth research and discussion on the company’s technology innovation strategy.First,using PEST,including the political environment,economic environment,social environment,technical environment,it is found that ZWH has a large development space for technological innovation.Through the industry’s competitive situation based on the macro-environment of the surveying and mapping industry in which ZWH is located and ZWH’s own business capabilities,the necessity of ZWH’s technological innovation was determined.According to the analysis of the company’s internal talent structure,equipment investment and corporate culture related to ZWH’s technological innovation,the company’s tangible resources,intangible resources and capabilities were fully demonstrated.And then,this thesis found several problems about ZWH Company,such less connection with employees,unreasonable organizational structure and internal system,insufficient ability for technological innovation,and excessively single employees’ values.Finally,this article proposes some strategies against those questions to promote technical innovation of ZWH company,such as establishing a new technology management organization,optimizing the talent management system,increasing the input of innovation resources,improving the incentive and restraint mechanism for innovative talents,and building a technological innovation corporate culture that advance with the times and remain true to original aspiration.Ultimately,a technological innovation system with the theme of enhancing the company’s overall core competitiveness and relying on the construction of talent management system will been established.In the future-oriented,future-adapted and future-surpassed competition and change,a new idea suitable for the technological innovation and development of ZWH company has been found.The research in this thesis shows that it is necessary for imminent changing to small and medium-sized surveying and mapping enterprises,in the face of the rapid development of information technology.making full use of the short transition period before the market transition,they need to give play to their industry advantages,determine future development strategies,and complete the necessary internal system reforms and talent and technology reserves to rapidly improve their strength to meet the upcoming market competition.The theory in this thesis closely related to reality,which has strong practical significance for the development of ZWH,and also has certain reference and reference value for other similar mapping units. |
