In recent years,with the continuous improvement of living standards,people's lifestyles,dietary behaviors and exercise habits have gradually changed.Obesity and complications caused by obesity have generally occurred among young people and are showing an increasing trend.As an important part of the youth group,college students have exposed their physical health problems,which have received widespread attention from the society.Medium-intensity continuous training(MICT)can improve the body shape,cardiopulmonary function and blood indicators of obese people.However,due to the long duration and the insignificant effect of fat reduction,medium-intensity continuous training is extremely challenging for obese people..Based on this,this research analyzes the fat reduction effect of high-intensity interval training on moderately obese college students by combing through relevant literature on high-intensity interval training(HIIT)and fat loss,using comparative experiments,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and expert interviews,etc.Impact.Select 40 moderately obese college students(20 male and female students)as experimental subjects,and divide them into experimental group and control group for comparative experiments.Before the experiment,the body shape and blood-related indicators of the two groups of experimental subjects were measured and tested,and there was no significant difference.In order to maintain the same energy consumption during the exercise of the two groups of experimental subjects,the exercise program adopts treadmill training,the experimental group adopts two-intensity alternating cyclic exercise;the control group adopts medium-intensity continuous exercise.The experiment period is 8 weeks and training 3 times a week.Experimental results show that after 8 weeks of exercise training,MICT and HIIT two exercise programs have a very significant impact on the weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,body mass index and body fat rate of moderately obese college students.Both the experimental group and the control group began to show a significant decline in body weight,BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,and body fat rate in the second week.The change trend in the first 4weeks of the experiment was significantly better than that in the last 4 weeks of the experiment;at the same time,the experimental group The downward trend of physical indicators of college students is more significant.After the experiment,the blood index detection of the experimental group and the control group found that the triglyceride levels of the two groups of experimental subjects declined but still exceeded the normal standard range,and the level of decline in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group;other blood lipid indexes returned to normal Within the range of the index,but in the comparison of the two experimental results,the high-density lipoprotein of the experimental group increased its level,which was significantly better than the decrease of total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,transglutamate,uric acid and other blood indicators.In the control group,this shows that the exercise effect of HIIT is significantly better than that of MICT.In terms of training timeliness,HIIT has practical significance in improving the lipid metabolism of moderately obese college students.
