The phase shifter is the key component to realize the temporal phase-shifting method in the material nondestructive testing based on Michelson principle.When the digital shearing speckle pattern interferometer works,the phase shifter needs provide continuous,equal amount of micro motion with nanometer resolution,so as to ensure the clear nondestructive testing results.In this paper,a phase shifter with high repetition accuracy,high response speed and high resolution is designed by combining ation and experiment.Firstly,through the theoretical research and analysis of the characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics,according to the technical requirements of phase shifter,the type selection of piezoelectric ceramic completed,and the test platform realize the measurement of displacement driving voltage shifter flexible structure and phase shifter base is carried out by using Solidworks simulation software,The flexure hinge type selection and phase shifter preliminary scheme design are completed respectively;secondly,the performance of phase shifter is further improved by using the multi-objective optimization design of response surface method through the joint simulation of ANSYS workbench and Solid Works software;thirdly,the image processing system based on the characteristics of interference fringes is developed,and the experimental platform is built,By comparing the displacement repeatability between the flexure hinge phase shifter designed in this paper and that based on the traditional spring structure phase shifter,the relative stable range of the displacement repetition accuracy of the phase shifter is obtained;finally,the digital shearing speckle pattern interferometer equipped with the flexure hinge phase shifter is designed,The nondestructive testing tests of aluminum panel aluminum honeycomb embedded defect plate,carbon fiber panel aluminum honeycomb embedded defect plate and 1m× 1m large size aluminum panel aluminum honeycomb embedded defect plate were completed.In this paper,the structure design and optimization of the phase shifter used in the digital shearing speckle pattern interferometer are studied.The displacement repetition accuracy of the phase shifter is verified by experiments,and the non-destructive testing test of digital shearing speckle pattern is carried out.The experimental structure shows that the phase shifter designed in this paper isreasonable in structure design,has high reliability,and its displacement resolution and displacement repetition accuracy meet the requirements of use.
