Research On Collaborative Capability Evaluation Of Collaborative Innovation Center Based On Structural Equation Model

The collaborative innovation center is established for the needs of the country.Our country is facing the problem of inefficiency and it is not innovative enough.In order to solve the industry,regional economy,cultural inheritance and innovation,and scientific frontier problems,we set up the collaborative innovation center.It is a significant manner to build an innovation-oriented country and to enhance the innovation ability of universities,and it is also an automatic necessity for the expand of science and technology requirement.For such a plan reflecting the national strategic will,the evaluation research has become the top priority,and the level of coordination among the main bodies of innovation and coordination is an important dimension to scale the effectiveness of the operation of the collaborative innovation center.Therefore,an effective collaborative evaluation index system can help to improve the collaborative ability of collaborative innovation center.In this context,the purpose of this article is establishing a scientific and appropriate evaluation system to promote the collaborative development of collaborative innovation center.This essay employ the methods of uniting theoretical research and empirical research,qualitative and quantitative research,literature research and questionnaire,and expert inquiry.By combing the relevant literature,this paper defines the collaborative capability,and at the same time,with the support of synergetics theory and Knowledge Synergy theory,it preliminarily constructs the collaborative capability evaluation index system of collaborative innovation center through policy documents and literature research,and then carries out preliminary qualitative optimization of the index through expert consultation,and then carries out quantitative screening of the index through structural equation model,which is the most effective way Finally,five first level indicators and 22 second level indicators were determined,including actual demand,basic investment,mechanism construction,collaboration and synergy.At the same time,using the constructed index system to evaluate the collaborative innovation center of modern service industry in Henan Province,the results of assessment are basically in line with the evaluation results of the Provincial Department of finance,which attests the scientific nature and practicability of the target system.Finally,on the basis of the problems discovered in the status survey of collaborative innovation center and the path coefficient of structural equation model,this paper proposes to promote the collaborative development of collaborative innovation center.For the sack of enhance the scientific and reasonable development of Collaborative Innovation Center,provide relevant ideas for the improvement of Collaborative Innovation Center in the future,and promote the solution of national major needs and collaborative innovation needs.
