Research On The Spatial Production Process, Characteristics And Mechanism Of New Urban Areas Based On GIS And RS

Since the reform and opening up,with the support of national policies and funds,my country’s urbanization has developed rapidly.Under the background of high-speed development,the urban development problem of unbalanced and insufficient spatial production has appeared,which has put forward new challenges to the high-quality development of urbanization in the new era.As the main space carrier of the new urbanization,the new urban area explores the production process,characteristics and mechanism of the new urban area,which provides a new opportunity for optimizing the urban spatial structure and functional reorganization.The main research work of this article has the following aspects.(1)Zhengdong New District’s space production is changing from an abstract space construction space to a consumption space.It is still in an important period of industry-city-financial integration.It is committed to the development of urban construction and also pays attention to the development of financial economy.At the same time,we will firmly grasp education.In 2017 The problem of limited development of public service culture and entertainment after the year;the transformation from agricultural-led industrial development to the comprehensive urbanization development,and the transformation of road-based urban land use in strips,committed to building the CBD core business district,and strengthening the relationship with Zhengzhou East Railway Station and Zhengzhou East Railway Station.The Longhu Group coordinated the construction and development,completed the supporting infrastructure construction of Zhengdong New District,and gradually formed the spatial pattern of the coordinated development of the three groups and the connection of the Baisha Group.(2)The overall pattern of spatial production in Zhengdong New District has continuously increased heterogeneity in time series,with rich land use types,showing a balanced distribution,land use fragmentation,increased complexity,and agglomeration,and the landscape connection is good;urban land use Shows good connectivity,the largest patch accounted for the largest proportion of the landscape area in 2020;the degree of aggregation increased significantly with time scale,the largest patch index,separation degree,and patch number spatial distribution trends were opposite,showing a river as the center Increasing trend on the east and west sides.(3)The overall construction land for space production in Zhengdong New District has developed radially to the northeast,gradually forming a cluster-type development model;the population has expanded in a step-like manner to the surroundings,and the highest value has increased significantly,and the contour line has jumped in the Longhu cluster.Expansion,committed to building an economic center to support the economic development of Zhengzhou,and taking the livability and ecological city construction as the planning concept,and the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.From 2000 to 2005,during the development stage of industrial space production,urban construction developed rapidly,and the problem of urban hollowness appeared;by 2010,there was a mismatch between night lights and urban construction,which verified the "ghost city" phenomenon in Zhengdong New District,and also showed Outstanding urbanization As spatial urbanization progresses,population urbanization has been developing simultaneously and has not stalled.The "ghost city" phenomenon is only temporary;in 2015,supporting infrastructure construction was basically completed to accelerate population urbanization and population urbanization Complementing and developing together with urban construction,more and more people are participating in the spatial production of new urban areas,and get rid of the "ghost city".(4)The process of spatial capitalization in Zhengdong New Area continues,and capital accumulation continues to increase.The differentiation coefficient of night lighting relative to construction land is 30%,indicating that social and economic development and urban expansion are out of sync;Zhengdong New District exhibits distinct characteristics of group development,and the group is coordinated and consistent,and each group complements each other.The blueprint is drawn to the end;except that the agricultural production function elements rely on urban construction spatially;the expansion of construction land in the living elements is not in harmony with people’s social life needs,people’s basic food and housing needs are inconsistent with urban construction land,public service types,industry education,health society The distribution of jobs and other industries is unbalanced,and urban construction is not in harmony with the balanced development of society.
