Strong scattering occurs when the light beam passes through smoke,biological tissues,frosted glass,turbid water or other scattering media.After multiple scattering of light beams inside these media,they appear as disordered optical speckles on the detection surface,so traditional optical systems cannot effectively detect objects hidden by scattering media.Therefore,studying the imaging technology through the scattering medium is one of the hot issues in the field of optical imaging.Aiming at this hot issue,this paper uses two methods to realize the imaging through the scattering medium,and proposed a technique for tracking moving objects through scattering medium.This article starts with the introduction of related concepts of optical speckles,analyzes the common multiple scattering phenomenon in scattering.Due to the situation that optical speckles cannot calculate their light field distribution function.The statistical characteristics of optical speckles are studied in detail.Based on the knowledge of optical scattering,the physical characteristics of the optical memory effect of the scattering medium are studied.Based on the theory of optical memory effect,this paper studies the convolution model of scattering imaging system in detail.Then based on the speckle autocorrelation theory,with the construction of an experimental system,a real-time,non-invasive imaging technology through scattering medium is realized.Considering that the speckle autocorrelation technique is limited by the phase retrival algorithm,the results are not robust.the scattering imaging system in the range of optical memory effect as a linear imaging system.By measuring the point spread function of the system,we use deconvolution method to realize imaging through scattering medium.In the application direction of imaging through scattering media,imaging applications such as large field of view imaging and multispectral imaging have been realized.Finally,this paper proposes a method for tracking moving objects through scattering medium.This method reconstructs the object by using the point spread function in the horizontal direction,calculate the offset using cross-correlation,and uses the depth resolving ability of the point spread function in the axial direction for axial positioning.The experimental results show that the method of tracking moving objects through the scattering medium described in this paper can effectively track objects hidden by the scattering medium.
