Laser fuse has high control accuracy of bursting point and the ability of target orientation identification,but it is easy to be disturbed by cloud and smoke;the millimeter wave fuse has strong all-weather working ability,but it is easy to be interfered by chaff cloud and has no target orientation identification ability.Laser/millimeter wave composite fuse can make the best of its advantages and avoid its disadvantages,and effectively improve the target detection ability and control accuracy of bursting point of missile fuse in the complex battlefield environment by combining the laser detection system with millimeter wave detection system.In this paper,a laser/millimeter wave composite is established through the simulation calculation of the target laser/millimeter wave scattering characteristics,the modeling of the virtual prototype function module of the laser/millimeter wave detection system,the modeling of photoelectric interference and electromagnetic interference,and the design of the laser/millimeter wave composite fuse signal processing algorithm.The fuse virtual prototype,based on the virtual prototype,realizes the signal processing simulation and starting characteristics analysis of the laser/millimeter wave composite fuse.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The simulation software of target characteristics is developed based on the principle of target scattering characteristics.The simulation calculation of LRCS(laser radar cross section)for laser detection and RCS(radar cross section)of millimeter wave detection is realized.(2)Completed the modeling of the virtual prototype function module of the laser detection system and the virtual prototype function module of the millimeter wave detection system,and designed the data fusion and target recognition strategy of the laser detection system and the millimeter wave detection system.(3)The photoelectric interference and electromagnetic interference models are constructed.For the laser detection system,two types of photoelectric interference models are established:the random change of the interference source position and the position of the interference source and the target follow-up,and the photoelectric interference simulation of the laser detection system is realized;for the millimeter wave detection system,two electromagnetic interference models of suppression and deception are established to realize the detection of millimeter waves.The electromagnetic interference simulation of the system.(4)Based on the virtual prototype function module of the laser/millimeter wave detection system,a laser/millimeter wave composite fuse signal processing model was constructed,and the signal processing process of the laser/millimeter wave composite fuse was simulated.Through starting point parameter calculation and statistical processing,the starting characteristic analysis of the compound fuse is realized.
