| In recent years,because of the development of weapon technology by strong electromagnetic pulses,the electromagnetic environment faced by communication equipment has become increasingly complex,so strong electromagnetic pulses protection has become particularly important.Strong electromagnetic pulses can be coupled into communication equipment through a variety of ways and cause irreversible damage to sensitive components.In particular,the strong electromagnetic pulses coupled into the equipment from the RF front-end causes the most serious damage to the equipment.The analysis and research of electromagnetic pulses protection methods is of great significance.At present,the commonly used methods are divided into channel protection and space electromagnetic protection.The methods of channel protection include loading a filter and a limiter at the receiving end.The filter has the function of suppressing out-of-band energy,and the limiter has the function of reflecting high-power signals,thus protecting the receiving system.The space electromagnetic pulses protection methods mainly include a frequency selection surface,an energy selection surface,and a limiting frequency selection surface.The frequency selection surface power is similar to spatial filter,and the energy selection surface functions is similar to spatial limiter,which can effectively block high-power incident waves.The function of the limiting frequency selection surface is similar to the combination of the frequency selection surface and the energy selection surface.This paper also studied from two aspects of channel protection and space electromagnetic protection,which analyzed limiters for the channel protection mainly,and energy selection surfaces for the space electromagnetic protection.This paper first introduced several common strong electromagnetic pulses signals,and analyzed the coupling effect of several strong electromagnetic pulses on the antenna.Part 2 is the study of the high power protection method of receiving circuit.Firstly,the PIN diode,the most important component in the protection system,was studied,and the equivalent lumped charge model of the PIN diode was given.Then,we introduced a field-circuit coupling method-FDTD-diakoptics,which can analyze the microcircuits more efficiently.By this method,the transient response of the PIN limiter is studied,and analyzed the electrothermal effect of PIN limiter based on physical model when the HPM was injected into the PIN limiter,finally,the temperature distribution of the PIN tube is given.Part 3 is the study of space electromagnetic protection methods.It introduced the ESS protection mechanism.The factors that can affect the insertion loss and shielding effectiveness of ESS were analyzed based on cross-shaped ESS structure,and the transient response of ESS with periodic structure was analyzed by FDTD method.Finally,the FDTD parallel method was introduced to analyze the ESS transient response of a finite large quasi-periodic structure.The study of channel protection methods and space electromagnetic protection methods has important research significance and engineering application value for electromagnetic protection. |
