In this paper,aluminous rock in Guizhou Xiuwen was taken as the main raw material for the preparation of polymer material.By the chemical analysis,trace element analysis,XRD analysis,microscope analysis and SEM-EDX analysis,the properties of aluminous rock were determinded to finds out the main chemical and mineral composition.The main chemical composition is Si O2 and Al2O3,and the main mineral composition is clay mineral and diaspore.This provides reliable basis for the praperation experiments of polymer.Matrix material of mineral polymers was prepared by waterglass and Na OH alkail-activated aluminum rock mixtures under the proper preparation in this paper.Also,the influences factors of the solid-liquid ratio,the module of waterglass,the incorporation of actived aluminum rock were studied.The results show that the optimal parameters as follows:the the solid-liquid ratio is 1.8,the module of waterglass is 1.4 and the actived aluminum rock:aluminum rock is 1:0.6.The compressive strength of mineral polymers is 50.0MP,and the flexural strength is5.1MPa at the cuing time for 28 days under the optimal parameter.The composite materials with good mechanical properties were obtained by using the organic matter to dip the matrix material.The effects of dehydration,different organic impregnating and curing process were investigated.The results show that the optimal parameters as follows:after the matrix was dried under100?for 12h,then take it out,and put it in the MMA solution in negative pressure impregnation for48h,after prepolymerization and polymerization of MMA,composite material with well mechanical property was prepared.The compressive strength of mineral polymers is113.4MP,and the flexural strength is 15.7MPa.And also the other physical and chemical properties of the material were analyzed,it indicates that the composite materials better than the matrix materials.At the same time,the composite materials were coated,the surface hardness and anti-permeability were analyzed,the freeze-thaw experiments were conducted.The results show that the surface hardness is 5.5?7,the composite materials have good anti-permeability,and after freezing and thawing,the composite materials have good mechanical properties.Materials were analyzed by XRD?SEM-EDX?microscope and nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis.The results show that the matrix materials have a three-dimensional network structure and pore structure.The MMA monomer immerses in the pore structure through the physical adsorption,then it cures in the pore structure to form the organic-inorganic interpenetrating network structure.This structure can troughen the materials'mechanical properties,and also have a protective function for the freeze-thaw damage.
