Iodopyridines have Wolff-Chaikff effect,escape phenomenon,hydrophobicity and hydrophilia.Most of iodine-containing medicines and pesticides with low dosage should be required.In addition,they have high efficacy and low toxicity.Iodopyridines have been widely used in the design of drug and pesticide candidates.This work was supported by the Electronic Materials Co.Ltd..22 iodopyridine derivatives have been synthesized through market research and analysis,the synthesis conditions and the process parameters have been optimized.The synthetic routes are suitable for industrial production.Methods of iodination reaction to pyridines compounds include direct iodination and indirect iodination.Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of various methods of iodide.Target iodopyridine derivatives were prepared through direct iodination in this research.The main objective of our work is to synthesize target iodopyridine derivatives from corresponding simple pyridine compounds.To get simple process,low cost,environment friendly,high yield and high purity of the products,the process conditions were optimized.The influence of reaction solvents,reaction reagents,reaction temperature,reaction time and ratio of the reactant were discussed.The structures of the new synthesized compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR and MS.
