Pyrimidines and pyrroles have important applications in daily life,especially in the fields of medicine and pesticides.Many newly developed drugs have pyrimidine rings,pyrrole rings and their derivatives structures,but synthetic methods of pyrimidine and pyrrole compounds are still very limited.1,1-Enediamines are important intermediates in the field of organic synthesis.In recent years,a series of biologically active compounds have been synthesized based on their good conjugated systems.Cyanochromone is a good intermediate for the synthesis of various compounds such as quinolines and pyridines.It is of great significance to explore the reaction of cyanochromone with 1,1-endiamine to synthesize new pyrimidine derivatives.Metal-catalyzed reactions have important applications in the field of organic reactions,and can easily and efficiently synthesize various novel compounds.Therefore,the development of a metal-catalyzed high-efficiency reaction to synthesize novel pyrrole compounds has important application prospects.In this paper,based on the construction of novel pyrimidine and pyrrole compounds with potential pharmacological activities,the following work was completed.The first chapter mainly reviews the structural characteristics,activity,synthetic route and application progress of pyrrole and pyrimidine compounds.The second chapter uses mononitroenamine and ethyl acetoacetate as raw materials,using hydrazine and potassium acetate as catalysts,and heating under reflux for 12 hours under the condition of acetonitrile.One-step synthesis of multi-substituted 2-aminopyrrole compound was accomplished in good yield.Using benzoylformaldehyde,mononitroenamine and 2-hydroxy-1,3naphthoquinone as substrates,another kind of multi-component pyrrole compound was synthesized under the condition of ethanol as a solvent,and the method has the solvent is green and does not require the addition of any catalyst,is environmentally friendly and yields between 60%and 70%.In the third chapter,a method for the synthesizing pyrimidine compounds by using mononitroenamine and cyanochromone as substrates was established.The reaction was heating under reflux in 1,4-dioxane for 48 hours and using silver carbonate as a catalyst.The multi-component pyrimidine compound was synthesized efficiently and simply,and the yield was 70%-80%.Both kinds of the above compounds were characterized by 1HMR,13CNMR,IR,HRMS and other means.
