Ti3C2Tx MXene and MXene-based nanostructure composites exhibit excellent microwave absorption properties,so they realize a promising microwave absorption and electromagnetic shielding material,because of highly electric conductivity,narrow thickness and good chemical stability.However,highly electric conductivity leads to strong reflection efficiency,so Ti3C2Tx MXene is not a good absorption-based shielding material.Here,Nickel particles grew at the Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets by in situ growth methods,then the Ti3C2Tx MXene/Ni hybrids nanostructure were fabricated.The permittivity and permeability were tuned by changing the surface structure and the content of nickel particles,enhancing microwave absorption and improving electromagnetic shielding properties.The main conclusions are summarized as follows:In this paper,a method of ultrasonic assisted etching of two-dimensional material Ti3C2Tx MXene with lithium fluoride and hydrochloric acid as an etchant was developed.Two-dimensional Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets were obtained through the etching of Ti3AlC2 by LiF and HCl,followed by the ultrasonication exfoliation.Two-dimensional Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets were characterized by SEM,TEM,AFM,et al.Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets were successively delaminated,whose thickness was 1.59 nm,Ti3C2Tx MXene films were obtained by the method of vacuum-assisted infiltration.The stress-strain curves showed that this film was flexible and tensile.A kind of Ti3C2Tx MXene/Ni hybrids nanostructure has been prepared,which has excellent absorbing property and potential as an absorbing electromagnetic shielding material.The introduction of Ni nanoparticles not only accesses the magnetic loss,but also tunes the impedance matching and produces new dielectric loss ways,including interfacial polarization and internal reflection.Owing to these synergetic effects,the EM absorption of Ti3C2Tx MXene/Ni hybrid nanostructures can reach-41.7 dB at 10.8 GHz.Moreover,the EMI shielding effectiveness(SE)of 60 dB can be reached by the hybrid nanostructure film only 50 ?m,and the EMI SE from absorption is up to 98.9%.In addition,the nanostructure film exhibits very good mechanical strength and chemical stability.Our findings are very important to the development of electromagnetic absorption and absorption-based EMI shielding materials.
