Organic-inorganic hybrid halide perovskite has the advantages of continuously adjustable band gap and solution processing.It is a new generation of high-performance semiconductor materials.The photovoltaic conversion efficiency of solar cells based on this material has quickly reached 25.2% in just ten years,which is very close to the highest certified efficiency of 26.7% for single crystal silicon solar cells.However,to achieve the commercialization of perovskite solar cells,the toxicity of lead and the stability of the devices are the key issues that need to be solved urgently.In recent years,new perovskites such as two-dimensional perovskites and double perovskites have better stability or lower toxicity,and they have attracted more and more attention.However,the correlation between the quantum well thickness distribution,orientation arrangement,and photoelectric properties of two-dimensional perovskite lacks sufficient understanding;secondly,the low ablity of charge transport of double perovskite limits solar cells performance.Aiming at the above-mentioned key scientific issues,this thesis starts from the two key points of perovskite crystal control and devices interface control,to achieve high-quality perovskite preparation and high-performance devices.The specific research content is as follows:1.For the first time,the mechanism of the effect of quantum well thickness distribution on charge transfer in the ACI two-dimensional perovskite(GA)(MA)nPbnI3n+1(...
