Since the Industrial Revolution,a series of ecological and environmental problems such as global warming, sea levels rising, and reduced forest area have become increasingly prominent, which has seriously affected the survival of humans and the stable development of society. The 19 th National Congress of the CPC proposed that the construction of ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation: the concept of green mountains and green mountains must be established and practiced, and the basic national policy of saving resources and protecting the environment must be adhered to.On June 5,2018,the ministry of ecology and environment,in conjunction with four other departments, issued the code of conduct for citizens' ecological environment(trial),which sets out specific requirements for citizens to effectively practice energy conservation and environmental protection in their daily lives. And the enterprise also needs employees to implement the ecological environment behavior into the work,in order to achieve the "unity of knowledge and action".The formation and development of employees' ecological environmental behavior are influenced by many factors. At present,Chinese scholars pay more attention to the influence of situational factors, but seldom conduct in-depth research on the influence mechanism of individual factors. At the same time,as an altruistic behavior based on rational thinking, employees' ecological environmental behavior should be comprehensively considered from the perspective of rationality and altruism. Therefore, from the perspective of employees themselves, this study uses "behavioral intention" and "personal norm" as the medium to construct an integrated model of Theory of Planned Behavior and Theory of Planned Behavior, and uses structural equation model analysis to explore the influencing factors and the mechanism of employees' ecological environmental behavior.Through questionnaire survey,410 valid questionnaires from employees were collected, then SPSS23.0 and AMOS24.0 software were used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The empirical analysis results show that:(1)personal norm, perceived behavior control, behavioral intention, and awareness of consequences can directly affect employees' ecological environmental behavior, and the impact is weakened in turn;environmental attitudes, subjective norm, and attribution of responsibility cannot directly affect employees' ecological environmental behavior;(2)subjective norm, attribution of responsibility, environmental attitude, and awareness of consequences can directly promote employees' behavioral intention, and affect the impact Weakened in turn;and perceived behavioral control does not directly promote employees' behavioral intention.(3)Attribution of responsibility, awareness of consequences, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control can significantly positively affect employees' personal norm, and the impact is weakened in turn;environmental attitude did not have a significant positive effect on personal norm.(4)Behavior intention plays a full mediating role in the impact of environmental attitude on employees 'ecological environmental behavior;personal norm plays a part of mediating role in the impact of perceived behavior control on employees' ecological environmental behavior;behavior intention and personal norm play a full mediating role in the impact of subjective norm and attribution of responsibility on employees' ecological environmental behavior;behavior intention and personal norm Play a part of the mediating role in the impact of consequences awareness on employees' ecological environment behavior. On this basis, suggestions for improving employees' ecological environmental behaviors are put forward from four aspects.
