Based on the observation and understanding of the work situation of female teachers in secondary schools in Shenzhen city,this paper takes female teachers in Guanlan secondary school in Shenzhen city as the in-depth research object,conducts a systematic research on their demands for professional attire,and integrates the concept of aesthetic and functional combination.at the same time,based on VI design criteria,the design is used to improve the professional attire wearing experience,job integration and campus brand image of female teachers in the school.The research content mainly includes the following aspects:First of all,through the method of literature collection,to understand the development process of professional attire,the research status of teachers' professional attire at home and abroad,and the research status of teachers' clothing etiquette culture.At the same time,the development trend of professional attire and new design ideas are summarized.Secondly,combined with questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation,the basic information,work situation,job satisfaction,job demand and suggestions of female teachers in the school are investigated.According to the information filled in by the respondents,the problems faced by female teachers in Guanlan Middle School and the existing problems in professional attire are analyzed and summarized.The survey results provide certain design goals and basis for the design of teachers' professional attire.In addition,through on-the-spot interviews with some parents and students of Guanlan Middle School in Shenzhen,we have a multi-faceted understanding of the teachers' work and others' evaluation of the teachers themselves.On the whole,collecting survey data from multiple angles can make the design more objective and rational.Finally,based on the previous research,the design concept of female teachers' professional attire in Guanlan Middle School was developed.The focus and application scenes of this design were analyzed.The clothing style,fabric function,color matching and other aspects were explored.Combined with the research results,the effect diagram wasdrawn and the design of this topic was completed.In addition,the difficulties and problems encountered in the research process are systematically re-examined and teachers are invited to make an objective evaluation of the design results in order to better solve the actual needs.
