With the development of microwave technology,microwave as a kind of high quality,high efficiency and clean energy plays an important role in the field of metallurgy,and has a broad application prospect.However,in the process of microwave metallurgy from experiment to industry,the dielectric properties of metallurgical materials have a significant impact on the coupling effect of electromagnetic field and materials.Therefore,it is very important to obtain the dielectric parameters of materials for better utilization and control of microwave energy.In the past research,the dielectric properties of metallurgical minerals are mainly obtained by instrument measurement or numerical calculation.Due to the expensive measuring instruments and the poor realtime performance,it shows the advantages that the numerical calculation does not have.However,the existing algorithms usually only consider the two-phase or three-phase conditions of minerals,which shows great limitations in the calculation of multiphase minerals.Therefore,it is necessary to study and improve the calculation method of the dielectric properties of metallurgical minerals.this degree paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China project "modeling and optimal control of the interaction process between microwave and polymetallic minerals"(61863020),taking metallurgical minerals as the research object,digital image processing technology and numerical calculation method are used to study the algorithm of dielectric properties of microwave metallurgical minerals.The research contents and results are as follows:(1)A model for calculating the dielectric properties of microwave metallurgical minerals was established.Through in-depth analysis of SEM images of metallurgical mixed minerals,the content proportion of each component was obtained.Considering the similarity of each mineral component,combined with the principle of structural abstraction,the unit model of metallurgical mixed mineral is established,the pseudo two-phase algorithm model is proposed,and the overall calculation model of dielectric properties of metallurgical mixed mineral and its equivalent circuit are constructed.(2)Experimental research and theoretical analysis are carried out for calculation.Through the experimental study of common minerals such as high titanium slag,titanium concentrate,lead chloride,copper sulfate and so on,the content proportion of each component is analyzed,and compared with the measurement results of Image J software,the results show that the error range of the content proportion of each mineral component is within 2%,and the two have a good coincidence.At the same time,the pseudo two-phase algorithm model and M-G theoretical formula are used to calculate the metallurgical mixture The results of dielectric properties of minerals are compared,and the results are consistent.It shows that the algorithm model of pseudo two phase dielectric properties of metallurgical minerals has potential application value in microwave metallurgy.
