As a new type of tobacco products,heating unburned cigarette has the best development space.According to different heating principles,it can be divided into electric heating type,physical and chemical reaction heating type and fuel heating type.Among them,electric heating technology is the most widely researched and developed and commercialized earlier.At present,the electric heating cigarette products include electric heater and cigarette.The electric heater generally adopts resistance heating mod e.During the use process,problems such as large heat loss,low heating efficiency and easy damage of heating elements are gradually exposed,thus affecting the smoking experience of smokers.Therefore,it is urgent to do further research on the heating m ode of electric heating cigarette heater.Based on the "basic application research of induction heating technology" project of Yunnan China Tobacco Co,Ltd,this paper proposes to apply induction heating method to the heating of cigarette cigarettes,independently develop an "electromagnetic induction heater",and complete the simulation analysis and experimental research.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the requirements of heating process of heating cigarette,the principle of i nduction heating and the process of energy conversion are analyzed,and the heating scheme of the heater is designed.The skin effect and current penetration depth are studied,and the appropriate frequency range of power supply is selected.Theoretical analysis of the safety of electromagnetic radiation is carried out to provide support for the production of "electromagnetic induction heater for heating cigarette" which can reduce the radiation harm and meet the safety standards.(2)According to the speci fic materials,the heater structure is studied and designed,including the length,inner diameter and thickness of the heating element,the number and spacing of turns of the induction coil,the heating distance between the induction coil and the heating e lement and other structural parameter design,which provides support for the development of the heating element structure design suitable for the heating coil cigarette of Yunnan China Tobacco Co,Ltd.(3)The numerical simulation model of induction heater is established,and the electromagnetic thermal coupling field is simulated.The influence of the number of turns of the induction coil,the wall thickness of the heating element,the distance between the heating element and the induction coil,and the frequency of the power supply on the heating effect of the heating element are analyzed.Finally,the heater structure design scheme that meets the requirements of the temperature target is obtained.(4)The experimental platform of induction heating temperature measurement was built to complete the experimental research.Comparing the experimental test results with the simulation results,it is found that the trend of temperature change between them is basical ly the same,there is a reasonable temperature difference between them,the designed heater can meet the set temperature target requirements,which proves that the simulation model is accurate and the heater structure design is reasonable.In this paper,t heoretical analysis,simulation calculation and experimental test are used to complete the design and research of a kind of heating cigarette heater based on induction heating technology.The achievements of this paper provide technical support for the commercialization and batch production of "heating cigarette electromagnetic induction heater".
