As a lightweight material,polymer sponge which has the structural characteristics of low density,high porosity and high specific surface area,has become the research focus of many investigators.However,the excessive use of petroleum-based polymers has caused serious environmental pollution and lack of resources.As the most abundant natural polymer in nature,cellulose has the characteristics of renewable,biodegradable and non-toxic.It is a suitable material for preparing sponges.In our work,we prepare cellulose viscose sponge based on viscose technology,and discuss the properties of cellulose viscose sponge from two aspects of household cleaning and protein purification.The main contents are:Because cellulose viscose sponges often need to be in contact with stains when they are used as household cleaning products and remain moist for a long time,it is easy to breed bacteria and other microorganisms.Based on the existing problems we designed gold nanoparticle(Au NPs)/ cellulose composite viscose sponges.Gold chloride hydrate was added to the viscose,Au NPs were in situ generated on the sponge by using hydrothermal method,which the viscose as a reducing agent and stabilizer.Then an antibacterial composite sponge was obtained.Studies have shown that Au NPs are successfully loaded on cellulose sponges.The tensile strength of composite sponges has been significantly improved,from 0.15 MPa to 0.98 MPa.The thermal stability has also been improved.The third stage initial decomposition temperature has increased from 330 ° C to 344 ° C.And the sponge has obtained excellent antibacterial ability.The sample with the best antibacterial performance is Au NPs@VCS-4.85.The antibacterial diameter of E.coli and S.aureus is 35.7mm and 37.1mm,meanwhile the inhibition zone of cellulose viscose sponge is not obvious.Based on the current problem of expensive support materials for protein separation and purification.And Chitosan has the advantages of high protein adsorption capacity and low price.A chitosan/cellulose composite viscose sponge was designed.The orthogonal analysis method was used to study the chitosan viscose process.The optimal combination was 0.9 parts alkali,3 hours alkali leaching time,15 parts water,and 1.01 parts carbon disulfide.The effects of pH value,adsorption time,and chitosan ratio on the protein adsorption capacity of composite sponge were studied.The maximum protein adsorption capacity of the composite sponge was 122.714 mg/g at pH 5.1.
