Research And Application Of Intrinsic Safety Management Of DL Power Supply Company

China is currently in the period of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,and it is also in a special stage where accidents are prone to occur frequently.At the national level,the situation of safe production is severe.With the deepening of the power industry system reform and the rapid development of power grid construction,the continuous improvement of power companies in terms of economic structure optimization and development of kinetic energy transformation depends on the creation of a safe environment,and safety production faces more new challenges.Although China's power companies have achieved certain results in power safety management,they still have a certain gap with the high-quality development of the power grid industry.The construction of the safety management system of the power supply company is the premise and guarantee for the safety management to be standardized and scientific.This paper uses the intrinsic safety theory to systematically analyze the production operation and safety management of DL company.Through the research on DL Company's promotion of Du Pont's safety management system,combined with the intrinsic safety characteristics of the State Grid Corporation and the actual operation of the production,the safety management system of DL Company was constructed,and the management of DL power supply company's safety risk management and safety culture management was proposed.The model analyzes 24 intrinsic safety management elements applicable to power grid enterprises,and focuses on safety awareness and safety culture,safety behavior management,power grid planning and construction,power grid operation safety management,equipment operation and maintenance,hidden danger investigation and management,and safety supervision and assessment.The sub-contract team safety management,intensified risk management and control,emergency management 10 perspectives,analyze the typical practices and operational effects of DL company after implementing Du Pont's safety management system.The conclusions of this paper can be used to improve the safety management performance of power supply enterprises,establish a modern enterprise safety management system,provide practical reference and suggestions,and also have certain enlightenment for improving other management work of enterprises.
