After the normalization of environmental production limit in 2018,the peak of environmental production limit to restrain supply has passed,and the stage of substantial contraction of steel supply may have been basically completed.In order to promote the development of the steel industry,the ministry of finance has decided to eliminate export tariffs on steel and lower provisional export tariffs on products such as 200 series of hot-rolled stainless steel coils from January 1,2018.Therefore,enterprises need to improve their competitiveness to seize the market,and the successful implementation of comprehensive budget management is the key for steel companies to improve their competitiveness.However,under the background of information technology,the traditional budget management method alone cannot satisfy the huge steel industry.Therefore,this paper will take T steel company as an example to analyze the company’s overall budget management,and optimize the existing problems of T steel company’s current overall budget management based on the information system.We will promote the popularization of comprehensive budget management in the steel industry.After studying the relevant theories of comprehensive budget management and information-based comprehensive budget management,this paper starts from the current situation of comprehensive budget management of T steel company,explores the problems existing in the implementation of comprehensive budget management of the company,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,it introduces the informationized comprehensive budget management software to optimize the comprehensive budget management of T steel company in real time.This paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part is introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance,as well as domestic and foreign literature on comprehensive budget management,relevant theories,research framework and innovations of this paper.The second part is the general situation of T steel company and the current situation of the implementation of comprehensive budget management.This paper briefly introduces the situation and organizational structure of T steel company.At the same time,the paper introduces the current situation of total budget management of T steel company.The third part,T steel company’s problems of overall budget management and the necessity of information optimization.Analyze the problems of T steel company’s current overall budget management system and the necessity of information optimization.The fourth part,T steel company information under the perspective of comprehensive budget management optimization scheme.Through the informationized comprehensive budget management software,optimize the comprehensive budget management system of T steel company.The fifth part,conclusion and enlightenment.This paper illustrates the conclusion of the research on the optimization of informationized comprehensive budget management for T steel company and the enlightenment from the case.This paper adopts literature review method,case analysis method and field investigation method.The innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of information comprehensive budget management software to optimize the overall budget management of steel enterprises.Provide reference for enterprises with relevant problems.
