Contaminants in food and environment are from a wide range of sources,which pose a threat to human health.Long-term exposure to these pollutants,even low content,may cause abnormal cell and tissue metabolism after long-term enrichment in the human body,resulting in a decline in human immune function and various dysfunctions,and even tumors.Food safety is an important part of public safety,and it is directly related to the health and life safety of people.Therefore,the establishment of environmental pollutant detection technology and a fast and accurate food safety detection platform is of great significance for the prevention and control of environmental pollution risks and the protection of food safety.Due to the complexity of the matrix,sample pretreatment technology has always been an important part in the development of food and environmental pollutant detection technology.New sample pretreatment materials have been developed,which were used for the detection of several types of food and environmental pollutants.The main research contents are listed as follows:Chapter 1:Sample pretreatment technology,the characteristics,synthesis and application of covalent organic framework materials were introduced.Chapter 2:Magnetic covalent organic framework material Fe3O4@COF(TpBd)-1 was successfully synthesized by precipitation polymerization method and applied to magnetic solid phase extraction sample pretreatment for enrichment of several ultraviolet absorbers.And high performance liquid chromatography ultraviolet detection was used for detection of ultraviolet absorbers.The method has been successfully applied to the detection of 7 kinds of ultraviolet absorbers in water.Chapter 3:Magnetic covalent organic framework material Fe3O4@COF(TpBd)-2 was successfully synthesized by solvothermal method,which have been used as a magnetic solid phase extraction adsorbent to enrich disruptors.It was a simple and sensitive detection method under the optimized extraction conditions and successfully applied to the detection of the residual endocrine disruptors in foods.Chapter 4:The adsorption material Fe3O4@COF(TpBd)-2 was successfully prepared by solvothermal method,and its structure was characterized.The synthesized Fe3O4@COF(TpBd)-2 was applied to the enrichment of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.Combined with gas chromatography,a sensitive and convenient method for the detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was established.Under the optimized conditions,this method was used to detect 8 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in food samples.
