With the increasing competition in lead and zinc industry,these industries faces the blocked technology from other advanced lead and zinc industries and high standard and strict requirements.However,the present industries have some problems of the early enterprise wastewater treatment system,which will lead to the enrichment of fluoride ion,chloride ion and sodium ion in lead-zinc smelting wastewater and lead to corrosion and scaling in the pipeline system.Therefore,The construction of zero-discharge system of high-salt wastewater in lead-zinc smelting enterprises is extremely urgent,which is faced with the high standards and strict requirements of national environmental protection,the blockade of other enterprises' technologies and the increasingly fierce market competition.Internally,it is faced with the residual defectsBased on the field investigation and analysis of a company's wastewater treatment system,this paper concludes that the company's wastewater treatment is difficult,and it is located in an environmentally sensitive area,where fluoride ion,chloride ion and sodium ion in wastewater will accumulate and increase,which will bring a series of problems to the production of the enterprise.Under the current situation of green metallurgy advocated by the state,it is necessary for enterprises to promote the construction of zero-discharge system of high-salt wastewater from lead and zinc smelting.The design of the system mainly focuses on the design of inlet and outlet water quality.Design processing capacity;Design process flow and main equipment.In this paper,on the basis of the wastewater treatment system of a company,new ion exchanger and supporting facilities,new electrodialysis unit and supporting facilities are added;New evaporative crystallization and salt and nitrate separation system,supporting cooling water system,steel structure workshop;New equipment installation of civil foundation,floor hardening;Pipeline,electrical and instrument control system for the new project.The zero-discharge system of high salt wastewater from lead and zinc smelting works closely with the company's early wastewater treatment system,and the wastewater treatment effect is greatly improved.After implementation,this system can be applied to the company of fluorine ion in waste water treatment system,the effective way of chloride,sodium ions,existing production water after the system of evaporation crystallization processing,production of fluorine content in the water quality can drop to fluoride < 8 mg/L,containing sodiumchloride < 50 mg/L,containing < 100 mg/L,total hardness < 50 mg/L,all meet the national smelting wastewater discharge standard,the rest of the indicators to surface water three kinds of standards.The significant reduction in the concentration of fluorine,chlorine and sodium ions can effectively delay the corrosion of pipelines and equipment,and greatly reduce the maintenance and repair costs of pipelines and equipment.From this,it can be seen that the zero discharge system of high-salt wastewater from lead and zinc smelting has indeed solved the difficult problem of wastewater treatment in the company and brought considerable profits to the company.
