Analysis Of Jewelry Creation Methods Based On Mythology

At present,the supersonic integration of world culture,the international discourse right contention is everywhere.Based on the reality that the international influence of jewelry in the context of Chinese culture is far less than that of the West,and the mainstream discourse power is still in the hands of Western culture,this paper takes myth as the starting point of the study to explore the jewelry creation methods that are in line with the cultural identity of Chinese jewelry creators.This paper USES the method of literature research,case analysis,contrast argument,the myth of extensive reading and jewelry related literature,carefully combed the intrinsic connection between myth and jewelry across countries,further study of the relationship between myth and jewelry,this myth is based on the national culture in the region and the impact of the spread of civilization for jewelry,mainly includes: Myths affect the choice of jewelry materials,the purpose of people wearing jewelry,the appearance of jewelry shape,the use of element symbols in jewelry,and the overall temperament and appearance presented by jewelry.By studying the ways in which myths are involved in jewelry,this paper proposes a jewelry creation method based on myths for jewelry creators to choose for reference: including:directly or indirectly using mythical objects as materials for jewelry creation;Jewelry creation is carried out in the way of reproducing mythological figures and gods,reproducing mythological story content and reproducing mythological scenes as a whole;Directly reproduce mythological symbols or transform mythological symbols for jewelry creation;The author grasps and refines the national spirit of myth to make jewelry creation,and makes up "future myth" as the theme to make jewelry creation,and verifies the feasibility of the method through the author’s graduation creation practice successfully.In this paper,myths are used to build a bridge between culture and jewelry,providing jewelry creators with more alternative creative methods,and of great significance to improving the international discourse power of Chinese culture in the field of jewelry.
